As a Practicing Architect
It exists based on the vision that people deserve to have a decent place to live, ergonomic space to work, and that architects are duty-bound to provide this basic essential even to the least privileged of mankind at the most affordable cost.
Q.A. Sajorda is tasked with the mission:

Arch. Quin A. Sajorda, is a practicing architect for the past 30 years. He authored the book Construction Master Specifications for Miscellaneous Building Projects 1st and 2nd edition, used as reference textbook in B.S. Architecture at Colleges and Universities in Metro Manila, a product of his extensive working experience with an American firm which provided him with the expertise on American standards and international building codes. He received a Presidential Gold Medal of Merit from the then President Ferdinand E. Marcos for his low design housing paneling board in 1981. A Hall of Fame awardee, of the United Architects of the Philippines QC CHAPTER, and Charter President of the United Architects of the Philippines, Quezon City Central Chapter. He was awarded by Philippine Awards for Business Excellence as the Most Outstanding Architectural Services Provider in Zambales in 2006.
To keep pace with the advances in technology, Q. A. Sajorda uses innovative computer techniques in the production of plans, working drawings and tender documents. Through the advanced technology, perspective renderings are realistic and the true-to-life presentations, including color harmony combinations which infuses the latest trend in building finishes, enables the project owner to fully visualize his finished structure.
Q.A. Sajorda lays claim to be the first architect in the Philippines to make use of computer-generated A3 format designs, working drawings and documents submitted to the government for building permit purposes. A World Bank Consultant for the Dept. of Health, Arch. Sajorda assures each client of a lifetime commitment to quality and aesthetically unique workmanship in each of his projects.
