Before: The site was so wild, with undomesticated mangroves, bamboos, acacia, coconut, mangoes, and noni (apatot) trees, tall shrubs & grasses, broken glasses around, un-even elevation of grounds that no one dares to stay in the area for five minutes {afraid of snakes & wild insects}.
After: When the site was developed, one can notice the ambiance of a peaceful scenery and setting with clean surroundings, handcrafted by architect Quin Sajorda – the owner of the place. The following are some observations of our guests;
1. When you are in the resort you feel the solitude and calmness of the environment that you think you are in a secluded area. Very private.
2. The natural mangrove landscaping along the river and the ornamental flowering plants that flourish in the area are outstanding.
3. The color motif of the low-cost roughly-finished structures and the garden set-up harmonizes with each other.
4. The villa rooms and clean T&B are special. The prices are low in its class.
5. Two Australians commented, " It's the best resort we have been to in the Philippines. The ambiance is exceptional."
6. I like the hydro massage, it feels so good.
7. The slides at the pool are so fun. The whole day swimming seems endless.
8. The green ornamental Taheebo tea that thrives in the area with matching brandy is aphrodisiac. I like it.
9. I will try your fresh NONI tea; they say it enhances our body’s immune system and lowers ones blood sugar.
10. Eating at the picnic grove during high tide with your feet submerge in water is exiting, refreshing and invigorating.
11. You have a good and high fidelity sound system. I like your background music.
12. Your wireless microphone and high-quality sound of videoke is superb! It makes me sing more.
13. Your skill in billiard has greatly improved. Next time, I will bring my own billiard stick!
14. Food servings are unique. I like the style of Oty, the chef. Did she major food architecture?
15. I want to celebrate my wedding here with nature’s abundance of beauty.
It’s a real garden wedding in the truest sense of the word!
16. You did a good job. I like your place, it makes me feels alive in this quiet
mangrove area. Your natures view can not be replicated.
17. I like your design of the picnic grove within the river bank: Wave resistant and functional!
18. Your floating restaurant is unique. Can you teach me to do one in my place?
19. Zambales Tourism office is now classifiying your resort as a theme park for having so much facilities and the addition of your floating restaurant.
20. Your floating restaurant is the best thing you have done, we don't have to go to Bohol to experience it.
21. I like the food combination served at the floating restaurant: Grilled Tuna steak, Inihaw na isdang Tarian, Sugpo, dried pork adobo, sauted Pamislat, nilagang gulay (talong, okra at dahon ng kamote) with matching bagoong na alamang, plain rice and for dessert; mango cake and mango refrigerated cake. The drink: filtered water, ice tea, cola and a taste of Noni juice...
22. When I surfed the internet to find the best place for our family outing we made 3 choices: Laguna, Tagaytay and Zambales. I was attracted to your resort here in Zambales - you seem to have it all for a memorable family bonding like, boating, fishing, sliding by the pool, walking/wading by the beach together, and eating at the floating restaurant is worth remembering.
23. I like the food service para tayong nasa 5 star hotel.
