"How to create a free site?"-I`ve heard this question many times,so I decided to give a few hints&tricks on how to create such a "creature". 
So,here it is - a small,but useful guide to the most importantfeatures:1) Think about what will be the main thing in your creation...Follow and try to make those stuff, that
you want! After all,you don`t want an abomination,which can be hard to destroy...
2) Select wisely the things your site will feature and think about its DESIGN and the PURPOSE
for its existense...Fill it nicely-not very hot,not vey cold 
.
3) Organisation is the key to success - make categories/types/etc... and follow them by putting
their respective "things" inside...
4) Create RULES,which must be followed - that way you can be sure that at least a few
of the dangers of having a site will perish...Create a forum of your site in which users
can discuss your works/join your team/give suggestions on "How to improve it...?"/etc...
5) A really good touch will be to build your site upon some kind of an idea,a movement,a group
thoughts,something,which deserves to have a place in the global network(The Internet) and serves
its ideas and members with a lot of QUALITY and QUANTITY...many site are build this way-
they use some kind of an universal fanclub to be their building blocks...
6) Be good with everyone and don`t expect rewards,because your greatest reward is not material,
it`s your inspiration,passion and love,your own efforts to create something worth existing...
7) Make your site more attractive not only to the eye,but also for the soul...Interactive things might
help you out here...
8) Make something ORIGINAL and exciting,something unusual and yet "right at its place"...Select a good webhost,which follows your own needs and desires - this way you will get exactly what you want and you`ll be happy ->like this: 
9) Look again at 2),3),4) ->What are you aiming at ??? STOP and think about it!
A good point is the good developing of a creator<->users reletionship...but hey,don`t get
(too) obsessed about it - keep a small,but unpassable distance and everything should be cool...
