About Sacred Hearts
Sacred Hearts was started in Community United Methodist Church. This group was originally started by Gail Jackson and consisted of approximately eight females. Eventually, members went on to fulfill their life purpose in other areas, therefore leaving three young ladies, Sha'Ron, Tiffany, and Shaunette to carry on the ministry. A new member and new choreographer was soon recruited thereafter.(Anjanee') Other females where then inspired to join the group, Kayla,Kenyetta, Ki'Ara and Lynda. Since then the group has developed into a dynamic liturgical team. Sacred Hearts now dances every fourth Sunday at Community United Methodist Church, located at 1525 Levis St. N.E Washington, D.C. They also dance wherever and whenever they are called upon to render ministry.
