Vinyl Pills and Human Hills

 

“Is there any chance that I can a newsperson?” Vinyl asked getting in front of Asuka. “Please!!”

 

“You can’t Vinyl.” She said walking in front of him.

 

“WHY THE HELL NOT?” He said growling at her.

 

“Because I have no use for you, you FAILED to be a useful hitman!” She said straight into his face.

 

“I can still kill them off?” Vinyl growled.

 

“You have done enou…” She began but before she knew it Vinyl snapped. He shoved her off the sidewalk into an oncoming car. Her body twisted and flew in the air like a ragdoll. A couple of seconds later the body smashed to the ground. Vinyl was still shocked from what he did, then he slowly grinned. He turned around to see that everyone was gathered around Asuka. She was unconcious and her head was bleeding.

 

“Serves you right bitch.” Vinyl said walking off.

 

“What the hell did you do Vinyl?” A voice shouted behind him. Vinyl turned around to see Yuki glaring at him.

 

“Why the hell did you just push Asuka on the street. I thought you were friends.”

 

“I am going to fucking kill you.” The man named Vinyl said smiling gleefully.

 

Yuki stared in disbelief. This man was literally insane. Asuka’s body was sprawled on the road.

 

Yuki glared at him. “What in the hell are you talking about.”

 

“You stand in my way of becoming supreme.”

 

Yuki chuckled “I don’t think I am supreme.”

 

“Bullshit!! You are fucking Yuki Sakaguchi.” Vinyl shouted in his face. “You are god of the Newschannel, I am merely the ground you step on.”

 

“What are you trying to get at?” Yuki asked confused now.

 

“Yuki, I want to be like you, but you stand in my way of being like you, there can only be one.” It started to rain right as he said that.

 

“You are not making sense.” Yuki said patting Vinyl on the head smiling awkwardly.

 

“I am making perfect sense you bastard!!” Vinyl said.

 

Yuki suddenly felt a sharp pain in his stomach. He looked down to see a knife sticking out. Vinyl was holding it smiling.

 

“What in the hell.” Yuki said pulling back. He began to notice that no one saw what happened. ‘I have to run to get away from this freak’ Yuki told himself.

 

He kicked the ground throwing water in Vinyl’s face and made a run for it. Vinyl slowly chased after Yuki.

 

“Shit, I may freaking die today.” Yuki said as he kept running from Vinyl.

 

The rain started to fall harder. Yuki ran as fast as he could, not looking back. He could hear Vinyl’s footsteps getting closer, his walking became slower and slower. He was losing a lot of blood. Before he knew it he was on the ground gasping for air.

 

“Have you stopped?” Vinyl said looking over the fallen Yuki. He kicked Yuki in the side as hard as he could. Yuki yelled while Vinyl kept laughing.

 

“Oh look at my knife.” Vinyl said holding the knife he stabbed Yuki with. The rain was making the blood disappear. Vinyl looked pleased as he watched the rain cleanse the knife. “Looks like I am becoming innocent.”

 

“Stop the show.” A voice yelled. Vinyl turned around to see a cheery person standing right behind him holding the knife. He took off his shades and put them in the pocket of his leather jacket.

 

Vinyl eyes grew wide. “Censor?”

 

“Indeed it is sir.” Censor said grinning

 

 “Why the hell are you here?” Vinyl growled. He slowly removed his scarf and put it on the wet ground.

 

“Killing bastards is not the way you do things here.” Censor said showing the same cheery expression. “It’s me, Blare, and…”

 

Censor said grasping the knife harder.

 

Vinyl growled again and charged at Censor with his knife. Censor grabbed the blade and threw it in the air. He raised his foot up in the air and it fell on Vinyl’s face. His head slammed on the ground.

 

“Are you going to stab me again Vinyl?” Censor asked looking at his bloody hand. Before he knew it Vinyl got up, he then charged at Censor again. He grabbed Vinyl’s face and slammed it against the wall. Vinyl quickly grabbed Censor’s neck and started squeezing.

 

“I am going to strangle you to death.” Vinyl said. His face was bloodied up. Censor just smiled at him, not resisting. He brought Censor in closer until they were face to face.

 

“Have anything to say?” Before he knew it he was knocked to the ground again. His right cheek was swollen. He didn’t realize that Censor punched him. Vinyl slowly recovered but was kicked in the chin by a high kick. Censor than followed by a roundhouse kick to Vinyl’s ribs. Vinyl met the brick walls of the alley again. He slumped over and passed out.

 

Censor looked around to see Yuki on the ground. There was a pool of blood behind him.

 

“Shit.” Censor said. “I totally forgot that he was still around.”

 

“Are you going to help me out or just stand there and watch me die?” Yuki asked slowly getting up.

 

“Well, I am glad to see that you are alive.” Censor said slowly picking him up.

 

“Who is Vinyl exactly?” Yuki asked staggering.

 

“That man’s name is Vinyl Pills, he is a hitman.” Censor said, letting Yuki lean on his shoulder.

 

“That’s the hitman!” Yuki yelled.

 

“He was sent to murder you after Asuka was sent to jail.”

 

“Well I know that much, I just didn’t expect him to go up front and stab me.” Yuki said staggering.

 

“That’s interesting.” Censor said stopping. “Your ride stops here.” He laid Yuki down on the ground. “Since we are not on good terms, doing something like saving your life could endanger my career.”

 

“YOU ASS!” Yuki yelled, he tried to get up but he was at his limit.

 

“The ambulance should arrive for you soon.” Censor said running off.

 

“Fuck.” Yuki said to himself. “Why is shit like this happening?” He thought of Asuka sprawled out on the road. “Glad Mine didn’t see the literal downfall of Asuka. For once I hope she is okay.” He suddenly collapsed on the ground, he couldn’t move any further. “Damnit, damnit, I am at my limit.” He started laughing and before he knew it he was coughing up blood. He grabbed his cell phone and dialed Itsumi’s number.

 

“Hello?”

 

“It’s me Yu…ki.” He said trying to catch his breath.

 

“What the hell is wrong with you?” Itsumi sounded concerned.

 

“I was…attacked. Asuka was also.”

 

“I heard about Asuka but that’s beside the point. Can you at least move?”

 

silence

 

“Yuki, are you there?”

 

silence

 

“Yuki, please answer.”

 

silence

 

“YUKI!” Itsumi yelled.

 

Itsumi collapsed on the ground and started crying in the middle of the lobby. Tennosuke rushed to her. “What the hell happened?” He said hugging her.

 

“Find Yuki please.”

Vinyl slowly got up, he was aching all over. “Where the hell is Yuki?” He asked himself.

 

“He is alive and HE WILL REMAIN ALIVE.” Censor yelled.

 

“Why the hell are you still here?” Vinyl asked.

 

“Because you will never be a hitman again.” Censor said smiling. “You don’t have to scrounge off of every hit.”

 

“What the fuck do you mean you bastard?” Vinyl said lifting his face from the ground.

 

“Welcome to Channel 7, Vinyl Pills.” Censor said helping up. “If you resist this offer I will have to kill you.” He said pointing a gun to his face.”It seems we might have a use for you.” He shoved the pistol into Vinyl’s temple. “Do you accept or refuse?”

 

Vinyl stood there glaring at Censor.
