• front door,
• back doors (deck),
• and your basement doors (if applicable)
• Garage ceiling for bubbles, or ridges.
• Caulking around your garage may be disappearing (you will have to re-do)

Un-related to Ryland Home Leaky Issue:

MULCH_ If you have mulch near your home (MOVE IT).  Due to lack of rain which keeps the termites away this past summer alot of residents have had termites come up. This is a huge headache for residents and their neighbors. How we view our Thanksgiving meal is how termites view Mulch. So if you can replace it with pine straw or rock pebbles. Mulch is what termites thrive on, if you don't believe me then ask your termite specialist.
