So heres the video player that I made for freewebs. The video is a crazy clip of Steve Balmer. I pretty much did the whole player (minus design), plus all of the back end and conversion process. The cool thing about it is you can jump ahead of the buffer and still see what it has loaded. Plus you can scrub and it will show you that frame.
