The Tantalizing Powers of Magic and War Series

Here I will leave news and updates to my site

I am happy to say that L-M Owens' Darius Prince of Legends is now available and for sale in bookstores nationwide and on the Internet from companies such as Amazon.com and many others. I will now take this time to encourage you to take a close look at this wonderful and truly beautiful book with L-M's vivid and imaginative writing style and her illustrator's awesomely powerful illustrations. This is a book that will certainly be a tale that children will want to be read to them over and over. It is an excellent five-star review book that little Johnny or Christy will want to be told between the ages of three and seven years old. If they are eight to thirteen years old they will have the benefits of reading this authurian tale themselves. I am 49 and I have read the original manuscript at least five times. I always get a vivid sense of being lost with a truly wonderful free-flowing storyline and the cast of colorful and vivid characters here. The parts about the dragons leave you with a sense that they are truly real creations from the way L-M Owens describes them. So purchase a copy of Darius Prince of Legend and let you and your children get lost in a magnificent and majestically told tale.

Congrats!!! L-M Owens!!! This is her site addy www.freewebs.com/lmowens. Check out her book and purchase one and curl up with your children and share with them the wonderful world of Darius Prince of Legend.

Book Review by Julia Johnson

Review of: The Kingdom Of War Series: THE LEGACY HAS BEGUN
Author: Robert W. Watt

The Legacy Has Begun is a very good start to The Tantalizing Powers of Magic and War Series of books. It is a classic fantasy quest to place a peace stone to the place a god has requested for a group of his followers. In this world there are ten kingdoms, some at peace and some plotting wars. Yes, and there is a King who is more wicked then all the others who has a master plan to concurs all of the other nine Kingdoms. The author, Robert W. Watt has a fine ability for the clear distinction between each character and Kingdom. I never found myself confused who was who because his descriptions were precise and nicely defined for the reader. There are many story lines in The Legacy Has Begun. My favorite was the Terl and Perl who were farmers now soon to be masters of magic in their journey in this world. I am not a big fan of series but I can truly understand the need for them in dealing with fantasy novels. The Legacy Has Begun is good reading for all ages and is a 4****+event! I as a reader will be looking forward to the rest of the series!

Another Book Review

The Legacy has Begun", the first book in "The Kingdoms at War Series" by Robert W. Watt is destined to become a classic along side the likes of "Dragonlance" novels.  Mr. Watt's imagination and attention to detail paints vivid pictures in the readers mind.  Opening with a prophetic dream, "The Legacy has Begun" brings you along on a classic quest to restore peace and balance to the warring kingdoms of Babashalon.  Meanwhile evil Kings plot their destruction in an attempt to rule over the entire continent.  Action packed to the very end, Robert W. Watt leaves you wanting more.

Hi you all!!!

I am sorry I have not updated my website in a few days. I got my final page proofs and had to do substanial editing to them. It was a grueling process. I suggest to you new writers to take OPTION 2 when your book has progress as far as mine has. That way you have two times to go over your manuscript before it goes to print. I have been somewhat of a headache to Publish America lately because I took OPTION 1. My manuscript needed a lot of editing. I am glad that I have it all done and now the book will sail to cover design. I cannot wait to see how my book cover looks like when it is done. I hope this finds you all fine. Take Care For Now! Bob.

November 11, 2007

Hi again,

I am again writing upon my second installment of "The Kingdoms at War Series." "Battlefront." I am having fun with it. It is moving along a lot faster than "The Legacy Has Begun" the first installment. Man, the editing of the page proofs was a grueling thing. I am making darn certain that there is not any mistakes in the second installment before I submit it. Julie, my wife has been so supportive of me that I just cannot believe it. So has the members of my family. My book "The Legacy Has Begun should soon be in cover design. I cannot wait to see the finished product and hold it in my hands. Well, take care. I will write more tomorrow. Bob.

Today was a sad day for me. I found out from PA that I have to change the main title of my book from "The Kingdoms at War Series." I have decided on calling it "The Chronicles of War and Magic Series." Sorry, but I have to make editing changes to my book as well as my website. Sorry for the inconvience. Bob.

November 15, 2007

Well, I had to come up with yet another main title today. I hope PA accepts it. It is lengthy but catchy and it most of all it fits my series. You all have a good day. I am still editing my final edit before "The Legacy Has Begun" is printed So long!!! Bob

Hi there,

It's getting closer to turkey day!!! Well, I had to change the title of my series to "The Tantalizing Powers of Magic and War Series." Plus I did a final edit on my manuscript that took four days and four nights. But, now I'm happy with it, and can't wait until it comes out in print. I have also been very busy on the second installment "Battlefront." It is going to be a much longer volume than "The Legacy Has Begun." I just can't wait to hold my work in my hands. And thanks to Publish America this was possible. I already have two book signings set up when the volume is released. Well, you all take care, and if you don't hear from me soon HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!

Hi there,

I have not post for nealy a month. So I wanted to catch you up with what is going on. My book is now in cover design and I hope that it comes out before Christmas. I also created a map of the Ten Kingdoms and the continent of Babashalon. It will be on the back cover of the book. I have been aggressive working on a manuscript that is strictly for Reviews. I would love to have any of you to Review my first installment "The Legacy Has Begun" from "The Tantalizing Powers of Magic and War Series." I have also been aggressively working on the second installment "Battlefront." You all may think that seven to twelve volumes is pretty long for the series to go on. But I have opened up a big can of worms by adding in the end of "The Legacy Has Begun" two more continent. There are now twenty-four Kingdoms for me to right about. Also, in "Battlefront" I am going to introduce a slew of new characters and just what they all are up to in the series. If I do not post again until Christmas, Merry Christmas!!! As soon as my book comes out in print I will let you all know so that you can order it if you want to. Take Care you all. Bob
