Russian Federation Team Rules
1. All team members must be respectable to fellow and outside members.
2. All team members are expected to obey instructions given to higher officers as long as it's not safety violation.
3. All members need to keep some pride in their uniform while on game.
4. Do not cause insulting arguments especially in the field
5. Do not brag! Act in a mature respectable behavior to everyone on the field and off.+
6. DO NOT DISGRACE THE RUSSIAN FLAG! VIOLATORS MAY FACE UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE OF BEING LEFT BEHIND WITH NO RIDE OR CELL PHONE AT A FAR AWAY FIELD!
7. Respond back to fellow members when they ask you a question at some point. Don't be silent forever!
8. If a member seems inactive for more than 4 months with no communications that member may be remove from the team without notice! Due to that it's important to respond back when invited to a game or on some basis.
9. Don't endanger fellow team members! If you do, you may be removed from the team.
10. When you say you are going to attend the game, attend it! Otherwise you develop a bad reputation unless it's an emergency.
Other things such as ruining our reputation or other people's teams reputation is unacceptable behavior. Keep the team problems with the officers so we may handle them properly and as calmly as possible. If you are having problems fighting with another team or allies then let us know and we may try to avoid them or talk to them about the problem and see if we can clear it up at all, if impossible we'll just ignore them and they can destroy their own reputation.
We are not here to destroy other people's fun, this is a hobby and a game so let's not act like this is a real life military operation were everyone must be uptight and stupid. The Russian Federation Military team looks for allies to have relations with and a great game experience. People out there who must try to ruin it for other people will greatly be looked down at. No need for such acts! This is airsoft not real life! Win or Lose it doesn't matter just have fun and do your best!
Follow orders from your officers! If you continue to persist in doing your own thing you may become isolate from the team and look for no advancement in the our group or much special invites.
