Information For All You New Recruits or Potential Recruits!
So you are new or considering joining... Let's get this started then, shall we?
Joining Advice: We recommend you to join us in a game first and see how you like us or the game if you've never played airsoft, before you go out and buy all the gear you need and then decide you don't want to do it and just wasted a bunch of money. We had a guy invest in all his gear before and found out he never done airsofting and joined us for one day and never did airsofting again. Don't make the same mistake this guy did! If you never played just borrow some of our spare gear and join us for a game or two then decide. Do remember to remind us you're coming to the game though so we can assure you get the gear you need if we have it.
Gear Advice:
So... you either have gear or you don't. We can help you out and are more then willing to help you get what you need "not financially". Before buying uniforms, gear, etc... contact your squad officers or military commander first for regulation and advice. You will get useful help and information you may need to save you the stress and troubles.
Squads:
First off! Every Squad has an Officer, you will listen to their orders and the orders of the higher ranks. Follow the chain of command and stay out of trouble. Russian Marines have 7 units per squad, Spetsnaz have 5 units per squad. Spetsnaz out rank all except Squad Officers unless equal rank. Remember your Squad members and officers especially! Remember the chain of command and each other ranks in case your officers or tean get KIA or MIA.
Tactics:
Remember your branch standard tactics and operation. Active games sometimes require different strategies, but remember your basic tactic on how to work together as team and unit. That way Spetsnaz and Marines can operate together at full effecienticy!
Comradeship:
All squads and members are equal! We are here to have fun and not to show whos the better man in the team because nobody really cares! As our experience we all get the same credit for winning the game or sometimes losing. Certain things can get you personally good credit for doing something outstanding, but don't go bragging to other members about it. Sure go tell the story, but don't overdue it. Treat all members as your good brothers!
