During his presentation to the community, Commissioner Sergio "Chico" Rodriguez presented the Somerset Volunteer Fire Department with Certificates of Recognition.  These certificates were presented to Chief, Gary Booth in honor of the entire Fire Department and their life saving efforts involving the Family of four who drove off the Elm Creek Bridge back on March 15, 2005.  The two Somerset Volunteer Fire Fighters (Daniel Bermea and Joey Salazar) who performed CPR and revived the child prior to EMS arriving were individually recognized and presented with certificates as well.
