Now... How To Use torrents 

Say u want to download a few "for dummies" e-book(awesome books).  Go to http://www.thepiratebay.org and search for "dummies" U should get this screen. There's 6 columns.  Type, Name, Uploaded(These three are useless if u know what u r dloading) now SE and LE means Seeds and Leechers. Seeds mean people who 24/7 share the file unselfishly. Leechers are as they say Leechers... Takes a lot gives a lot less. Now, Click on the SE button to sort the Seeders from highest to lowest. Its best to click on the torrents name and check the comments then download it. Click on the name of the torrent as shown in figure 1.0.

No, in the next screen scroll down and view the comments. Often, if the file is a virus or is passworded its written so after reading the comments. Click on the "Download Torrent.

Now, Save the downloaded file(should be about a few Kilobytes) in a place where u can remember.  Now open uTorrent. Click on "File>Add Torrent" as shown in Figure 1.2

Now open the torrent u just dloaded. It should Show this screen. Check The files which u would like to download
