If you watch the secret movie, you discover what creates sickness, disease, illness.
Think about this, there is a chain. When enough stress is placed on one of the links they will break.
If something isn't going to plan with your desires in life, it creates stress.
If you don't stop the stress, it will break an area of your body that is weakest. Thats illness.
Ilness is an obvious symptom that serves you in the way of letting you know something has gone wrong and you really need to start taking care of yourself. It's a warning.
Now when you are sick, you have 2 choices. Get better. Or get worse. Take care of your mind and body, and let the doctor take care of the disease.

Don't talk about and focus on your sickness, how bad you are feeling because of it. Focus on, feel gratitude for, and joy that you are going to be totally healthy again!!!
As long as you have your mind, you can put yourself back together again.
How bad do you want to get better? You need to want to get better, and the more desire there is from you to get better, the better you will get.
See yourself with a body too healthy to let ANY sickness disease or illness into it, whether that be physical sickness, emotional or mental sickness.
See yourself without it! Think about being healthy and stress free. Do what you love. Celebrate everything GOOD in your life. Celebrate joy.
Most importantly, relax and be kind and caring to yourself when you are sick, do what you love most.
If you love watching your favourite movie, watch it!
If you love playing games, play them!
If you love any sort of activity, do it! Joy only helps you to achieve your goals. And make sure your goal is a body full of health and goodness. It will happen, I am sure!
You deserve to be healthy, as healthy as possible. And any level of health is possible for you, no matter how young or old you think you are.
