My name is Ron Redworth, I have been painting model figures since the age of 10, I now have over 36 years of experience. That’s a long winded way of saying I’m 46 Doh!!! I live in Windsor in the UK, I am married to my wife Karen and have three children, Adam, Shaun and Mitchell. I also have a Cavalier spaniel called Crystal who loves chewing up my book collection. As you may have noticed I have a particular passion for the Napoleonic period however I paint all sorts of things, please email me if you require a quote on anything. Up until three years ago I worked in the computer industry, but due to my wife’s health problems I decided to give this up so I could work from home. So that's basically how I got into painting figures prefessionally. I think I have a distinctive painting style mainly due to the fact that I am self-taught and have never consciously copied any other painter’s style. This is a big bonus for figure collectors who want figures that are distinctive and have been painted well. All through my life I have been dedicated to producing quality work and I have carried this through to my new career painting model soldiers. As a measure of this I entered my first painting competition at Salute 2007 and won best in category with a completely stock painted regiment of Saxon cavalry. I also offer a guarantee that If you are ever unhappy with the figures you receive you can return them to me and I will refund the cost of the item less any postage. Now the sales bit... I won't supply figures with broken bayonets and plumes, if anything get damaged in transit I will replace the item or part promptly. If I give you a completion date I will stick to it. So if you want a few figures or an entire army and you want a good service and a painter that does a quality job and supplies a then why not give me a go. I would also like to take this opportunity to encourage customers or potential customers to email me at sales@wargames-den.com on any aspect of my service, product or web site that could be improved. I can only improve with your help. Well I think that’s about it for now, thanks you for looking at my web site. Regards, Ron.
