My First Ride In A Light Aircraft
Olympia, Wa. (KOLM) to Westport, Wa. (14S)
The Cessna 152T, N6312P
My friend Ken is doing the preflight inspection.
Here are a couple pictures of a P-51 Mustang inline for take off ahead of us.
I like it with the Cessna 172 landing in the background.

Lined up for take off from runway 17.
Heading over the Black Hills towards McCleary, Washington.
Passing a Cessna going east.
The Westport Marina.
Grays Harbor Light (Westport) lighthouse.
On final approach to runway 30, 14S (Westport).

Short final.
Two old boats spotted in Westport.
The Lady Washington (replica)

An old fishing boat I thought looked neat.
Rolling for take off from runway 30 of 14S (Westport).
The Lady Washington, heading out for a cruise.
Turning towards the Black Hills near Oakville, Wa.

Turning final for runway 17, KOLM (Olympia).

Short final, we followed in a Cessna 172.

Passing over the threshold of 17.

A couple aircraft on the ground.
A nice bizjet... I think it is a Bombadier of some sort maybe.

A nice Beaver.
A neat ol' horseless carriage.
The owner had it off the trailer and was driving it around a little while later.
He said the car was restored in 1949 and he had bought it about six years ago.
