It's taken me a few months to put Kiki's page up but here it is. Kiki is a one year old kitten who is also a rescue. A plea came out on my transport lists around the end of November in 2006 about this kitten, who was finally healthy enough to be adopted about 6 months in rescue. Kiki was found by animal control in a abandoned trailer home with no food or water. At one point it was reported that he was eating dog food to just stay alive but when that ran out, he had nothing. When the vet, who was also his rescuer recieved him, she said that he was in such bad shape that she didn't think he was going to pull through. Kiki has proved to be a fighter though, because he is now healthy, strong, and so full of life, who never has to worry about when his next meal is.
For such a neglected kitten his first few months of life, Kiki is very friendly, has NO FEAR of the dogs, and loves to cuddle... He's my cuddling buddy in the bed, when I've settle down on the couch, or he's cuddling up with the dogs... He loves, thrives on being with us... He is the first to walk up to a foster and say " Hi" and or the same with Baxter and Isabella. He loves to play with his toys and if he's really in a michief mood, lol, he plays with the dogs.
