My name is Lorna J Knox (nee Ramsamugh ). I am from the city of Wolverhampton in England, and I live in London, the capital. I am married and I have three children.
My past studies include Banking, Psychology, and Travel. I earned a Diploma from the Institute of Canadian Bankers in Montreal, which I received after completing a Business Bankers Course. For ten years I worked with Bank of Nova Scotia, then other Finance Companies. I also studied Child Developement and Psychology, and received a Diploma from Rusland College in Bath, England. Added to that, I had taken an intensive course in Travel Consultancy, after All Girls School.
I have travelled extensively to Jamaica and Grand Cayman in the West Indies, and I have have also been to Gambia in Africa, and Florida in the U.S.A.
Reading and writing were my best hobbies as a child, and it had never changed. I received distinctions in English Literature, and History from my old Girls School. Even though I spend most of my life in Banking and Customer Services, I still find time to write, hence my two books were published. 'Flames of a Rose' my poetry book is quite an enjoyable book to read, and has all the elements that one would require from it. 'Two Tales of Mystery' is a short story, which is Fiction, and can be read by all ages, from children to adults.
More recently two other books, 'Gentle Rushes of Waves' and 'Buttercups' were published.
