Coming from the M4.

At the end of the M4 take the A48 to Carmarthen and then theA40 to St Clears at the roundabout take the first left A477 to Tenby. 

At the junction for Kilgetty/Stepaside turn left off the A477 signposted Stepaside. 

Just past 30 mile hr speed limit take a right turn down drive marked Rookery Butterfield Hall through  to the second house.
