Meal and beverages provided for 200 guests in the Adams Atkins Arena, next to the main rodeo arena. Picnics will be held from 5:30-7pm. All guests will be provided a general admission rodeo ticket for the performance following their picnic. Western art shows and entertainment will be included in picnic package.

Tournament:$600
This tournament has been created to put a new twist on the corporate tournament by bringing in a kick’n western flare! For only $600 per team you will be able to enjoy the tremendous 18-hole layout of Highland Meadows Golf course combined with the unique opportunity to play along side a PRCA cowboy. This tournament will be a western event from start to finish and the fun won’t quit. The after party will keep the good times rolling when the “Bucket List” silent auction showcases a variety of once in a life-time experiences that should be on everyone’s To Do List. Proceeds from the silent auction will be donated to prostate cancer research and development. Games and outstanding prizes will be offered.
