Review: Happily Childfree
Rating: 5 out of 5

Okay, this one is actually not a forum; it used to have a discussion board, but somewhere along the way, that board went byebye. But Happily Childfree is still a wonderful CF resource that will fulfill all your needs, from a childfree glossary to a bingo card or two, and a list of CF-friendly doctors (which is on a couple other childfree sites too) to name a few.

In addition, webmistress Phoena offers tons of links to CF-related articles, discussion sites, rant archives, and childfree-related sites for singles, religious people, teenagers, and military folks. Furthermore, HCF provides a great explanation of fence-sitting and how to try and figure out which side of the fence to fall on and if one's reason(s) for wanting children are healthy and normal, or if they're bullshit reasons like wanting to be biologically immortal or "to see what our kids will look like, teehee." Check out the reading list section – there is an atomic assload of books for CFers and a few titles for the undecideds too. Shit, I didn't know there was more than maybe two childfree-related books out there until I saw this list.

And Phoena also has a not-too-oft-updated rant blog. It’s still good, but I suppose the only weakness to the site is it’s not updated a lot. Then again, aside from the blog, there’s really not anything to update unless there’s a new link to add. Nothing worth complaining over.

It’s just overall a great website – loads of information packed into an easily navigable place. It’d be the first place I’d tell newly-discovered CFers as well as reproductive wafflers to go.
