Excerpt from Chapter 3

Rising early is not unusual for a man in the construction trade, but to awaken after such a sleepless night was going to wear heavily on Tyler. He got out of bed and dragged his weary body down the steps from his loft and into the kitchen. He threw on a pot of French/Columbian blend and went to shower while it percolated. While he showered, his thoughts continued to be filled by her mystique. The morning wood made that an ever-present fact. While he imagined who she might be, Tyler began to service himself. He took long, slow strokes on the full length of his shaft and brought himself off. It was to be the most incredible orgasm he had had in quite awhile. He owed it all to his thoughts of Kelly. He just wished he knew who she was.

After he completed his morning routine with a gargle and a rinse, Tyler left the bathroom and climbed the steps to the loft. He flicked the power button on his computer and allowed it to boot up while he finished getting ready for work. The computer logged on to his server as he was lacing up his boots. Then the familiar “the mail is here” sound alerted him that he had some new e-mail. A shiver went down his back. Tyler sat in the chair at his desk and watched the mail icon blink. He felt his hand shake as he moved the cursor over it and clicked on the screen. Somehow he knew the mail was from his mystery lady, or at least he hoped it was. There were seven messages in the inbox. Scanning across the screen and searching for the not-so-familiar screen name left him disappointed. There were two unsolicited porn listings, a message from his mother, another from his bank, a message from his friend Carson, and two others that he had never seen before. There were no messages from his new acquaintance.

Tyler quickly deleted the porn and moved his cursor over the unfamiliar names in the sent-by column. After he scanned them for viruses, he clicked on one and found he had just won a dream vacation, yeah right. He deleted it. He prepared to delete the other but his finger would not press the button. Skeptically, he decided to open it. Inside he found a message declaring, “Somebody wanted you to have this.” Below it was a set of finely formed lip prints, the kind left when a woman presses her lips against glass leaving behind a transparent kiss. Intrigued by the message, Tyler clicked upon the link inserted in the e-mail. Suddenly his screen went blank. His first thought was that his computer had crashed, that he had been the victim of a virus attack. Then just as quickly his computer came to life with magnificent colors and sound. Amazed, he just sat back and watched as his room was filled with an ethereal sound, and the screen came alive with technicolor images.

Excerpt from Chapter 4

She took a knife from the basket and cut a section of bread and made a sandwich for Tyler as he poured the wine into their glasses. She paused before she handed it to him and removed the lid covering the strawberries. Kelly picked a plump berry from the bowl and dipped it into her glass then leaned forward and offered it to his mouth. He heartily bit into it and juice ran down his cheek. Kelly took her fingers and caught the dripping juice, collecting it on her finger. She moved closer bringing her finger into her mouth and sensuously sucked the stolen juices from her fingers.

Tyler reached for her hand drawing it close to his lips. He opened his mouth and licked the remaining juices from her fingers. He tasted the flavor of strawberry mixed with wine and Kelly’s own sweet flavors. They continued with their feast, sharing talk and nibbles of food and flesh with each other.

As the time grew shorter their closeness led to a kiss. Tyler leaned toward Kelly, placed his hand on her chin and brought her mouth towards his. He gently pressed his lips against hers mouth. He felt her receptiveness and parted her lips with his tongue and pulled her to him with his arms.

When their bodies touched it was as if a charge of electricity went through them. Their auras seemed to pass into each other’s. The energy that passed between the two was a sign that this would not to be their last meeting.

As the crews started to return from lunch, Tyler escorted Kelly back to her car. After they loaded the picnic supplies back into the car they kissed once more. Roars of juvenile approval came from behind them. He apologized for the workers’ crass behavior and said he would call her later.

She slipped back into the low seat of her car and before she shielded her emerald eyes with her sunglasses, she threw him a wishful wink then sped down to the entrance of the cul-de-sac. Tyler felt a stirring within his body as she drove away.
