Update: 03/19/08
Okay obviously people are not listening. As mentioned in my previous updates to this shoutbox, I had mentioned any trolls willing to leave stupid comments in my shoutbox will be banned as well as their IP address, no matter if it changes by one digit...I'll ban it. This also applies if you don't plan on leaving CONSTRUCTIVE CRITISM and just say "omg you site sukz lolol".
Now seriously...if you don't like my site why not give me suggestions to help improve it instead of making yourself look foolish and post crap like that? And if you hate it so much why are you even posting? My guess is anyone who posts stupid comments without any amount of constructive critism in it has no life, and all they do is post shit like that to make others feel bad and to make themselves feel important.
Well unfortunately this doesn't work on me. I don't encourage such behaviour and everytime I get a post like that in my shoutbox it will be removed and the IP address to the computer is tracked. Once tracked I have it in my own personal records and if I wanted to I could find the person's internet service provider, where they live and possibly any other personal information. How would you like it...yes I'm talking to you Troll, the one who trolls shoutboxes and other forms of this on other websites, how would YOU like it if I decided to find your phone number and contact your parent or guardian about this type of harassment? I doubt you'd like that in fact would rather bugger off and leave me in peace than taking a chance with someone who could look for such information. You might think I'm bluffing. Up to you to think that, but would you really want to risk it?
This applies to anyone else willing to give me their IP address so I may track them later. If you're going to post some ideas to better improve my site, go ahead that's cool. Otherwise don't be an asshat and think you can get away with it...because you can't. Everytime you connect to the internet you leave your IP open to shoutbox and other information you leave when you post a comment. If you wish to keep it up Troll(s), as I warned other problematic people, your private information WILL be used against you if you want to play games.

Update: 12/20/07
Got a new shoutbox up and going now and it's way better than my old one. I can now actually ban people from even replying into my shoutbox if they are inappropriate, so if you want to be stupid and give me a hard time, it won't last long so you might as well move on and find someone else to pester. I'm going to leave updates and such here from now on so if I have to change my shoutbox again, or add new stuff, you'll know what I added. As promised shoutbox is back! And better than ever :)

Well I guess people are not getting the message are they? I honestly don't feel like cleaning this thing out every week so I'm disabling my shoutbox until the following happens:
1. by203trek104 AKA: Semage, ~Jammy~ gets dealt with. The administrator at TamaTalk and myself have been talking about this person for quite some time and they've decided to contact the ISP of this person themselves. This either means they're either going to do SOMETHING like notify the one who's paying for this brat's internet that they are being abusive online and so fourth, or they will do nothing. I will bring in further updates about this user as it follows since for some reason they have this strange fixation on bothering me. In the meantime here's all their information so if you would like to talk to them or possibly look into other things to "do" to or with this member. They obviously have no fear of getting caught, so I have no fear at posting all their information I know so far...

2. People who have been approved to be banned or suspended or both from TT or any other forum either let it go or cool off. For those who have made accusations against me for doing my job on various online communities they need to know something: spamming and posting harassing messages on a person's site everytime will be recorded, and will be given to the administrators. How do you think you'll be allowed back on for mouthing off and harassing their staff? You won't. Simple. I'm not power hungry as some say. You should have proof and resources to back up your words if you're going to release a statement like that.
Bottom line is, if I banned or suspended you, there's a reason...and normally to go through those motions requires approval from other guides or the Admin themself. So instead of finding a scape goat and writing things such as "omg u r a loser who modz liek teh badly lololol" to further give you problems, I suggest you let the issue go and try to be a better member somewhere else. It doesn't help anyone's case that you're taking time to harass an adult who has full knowledge that not everyone will like decisions they make all the time. Get better instead of getting angry guys.
3. Finally I am not putting my shoutbox back up for a while until people realize I swear because it's my personal site, that I edit and manage to maintain, and if people do not like how I talk at times then they just should not read it. I can do pretty much whatever I want to put up on my website (as long as it doesn't have copyright issues to freewebs or anything), and if I wish to use vulgar language, I should be allowed without problematic people bothering me about this. Seriously.
So those are my three demands I wish to see before I put my shoutbox back up. Unfortunately there's always the few who have to ruin it for all, and this is one of those cases. When I do decide to put it back up, it will be better secure I would hope. I was thinking of changing it anyway to something else that's easier to manage and delete stuff, like a guestbook or something, without having to clear the whole thing each time. Anyway when I make up my mind about that and those three things above are sorted out, then I will put SOMETHING back.
Sorry for any inconvenence this may bring to those who have been decent with leaving feedback with me since my site was brought up.
