Unfournately, my laptop died about two days after I last updated. I managed to not lose any of my files (thankfully), but I lost two weeks of working time, and the 16 of the last 18 days of my Dreamweaver trial.
Which puts me at delay, yet again, wat with the making of christmas presents and all.
Tomorrow (/today) has officially been planned as my finish christmas crafts / take and sort pictures day (I haven't added more than a few needed photos to my computer since the middle of October), so I should get things cleaned up there. Then I'll have time to devote to redoing me site again.
I have to keep reminding myself how much of a virtue patience is...




Thanks to a class assignment for VCT, I now have a design name!

I have not taken many pictures at all since the end of summer, as I've been killer busy. And so has by favourite/best/only model.
Thanks to my new dreamweaver knowledge though, I should be able to get a new layout and some changes up by the end of the month. Definetly by the end of the year though (which actually is not that far away... yikes.)

Since I haven't had the chance to put anything new up here, check out the other half of VR, Visible Revolutions Design.

Hooray for month-long disappearances.
Not Really.

Amid a flurry of personal crisises (huh?), I haven't had much time to myself at all since the beginning of August. Actually, I'm in class right now, though class doesn't start for another ten minutes. So I'm not being that devious.

I have a handful of new pictures that I should upload here (all of the boys I sat for all summer), but I'm thinking of re-vamping the site, making all the pictures java-run pop-ups (once I figure out how to do that) and putting up a new layout. With the lack of time I have currently, and the fact that I haven't got internet access on my laptop at Uni here, it may take quite some time.
I'm not incredibly fast with the coding if you haven't noticed...




My photos from New York are up on the "places" page, or link five in the navigation bar. I also finally did up my info page, though I just copied and pasted a profile from another site, and it's rather crummy. I'm not going to change it for awhile, sadly.




Unfournately, it took me longer than epected because of things I had to take care of as soon as I got home. So they're all up and ready to go now.




I've some free time today, so I'm taking all the pictures down to re-upload the nice pretty versions. Hopefully it won't take me more than a couple of hours.




I'm safely in New York finally. Unfournately, my camera seems to be having issues. And I haven't yet figured out why. So what photos I can get will be posted when I return, most likely.
I'm so frickin glad I'm out of Ohio for awhile. Plus, it's a lot harder for my parents to nag me about university if they have to do it through e-mail.




Sorry for the hiatus. I've run into several issues with my laptop, so my Paint Shop hasn't been running properly. Which means I didn't get to reformat my photos, which means I haven't yet upload them again. I'm trying to do what I can, but I just got Sam (my laptop) back after a few days computer hospital stay. I desperately hope to have everything back where it belongs within a week. But with the stress of school and work issues, I may be stretching it. Also, I'm going on a road trip tomorrow, and then heading off to New York to stay with John a few days. Fournately, i should have some time to work while in New York. Should.




so... it's finished. except for the info page. which i'm going to do momentarily. (and really, it's been done since last monday night, except for a couple glitches.)
i'm a tad confused though. my lines which are supposed to stay at the bottom... well, they're not staying at the bottom. so i have to figure that all out now.




finished the index and reformatting a few things. (mind you, it's taken about 7 hours, because i'm at work).
should be able to finish everything else tomorrow; this layout isn't as involved. pictures are on all pages, but all pages beside the index are still on the old layout for now.
project update tomorrow as well.




new layout to come relatively soon, once i decide how exactly i'm doing it, and how exactly to run paintshop pro on my new notebook (graduation present). all my pictures have finally been formatted and most edited for a decently sized (150 plus of only my best photographs) portfolio. so that html is covered.
next comes the graphic intense stage...
i should also get around to filling out the other pages with information. then editing some other pages.
first thing, though. i need to learn how to take a good self-portrait.




pictures are now uploaded on "PEOPLE && PORTRAITS", "NATURE && OUTDOORS", and "INANIMATE OBJECTS". all pictures are thumbnails, which can be clicked for a bigger view. they're only thumbnails because they wouldn't fit otherwise.
i also realise that the coloured boxes stop on the page after a distance. i have the right upload to go there, it's just not working at the moment.




i decided quite some time ago to make a photoblog.
ta da.
at the current moment, none of the links are functioning. why? because those pages haven't yet been created.
the layout will likely change at some point, but given that my html skills aren't that wonderful, it would be a very slow and possibly painful process.
in it's current state, yes, i realise it is unaligned. i don't know how to fix it. ::shrug::
until it's all put together, enjoy.
