Royal Flush

This is a temporary homepage for the members of Royal Flush. Basically the point of this is to get the crew further interested in breaking, to teach the foundation of it, and basically what our plans are going to be for the summer and following school year when we perform for the assemblies, talent show, etc. By the end of summer or early into fall, I'll try to bring out a new website meant more for the public where we can put up pictures, videos, and whatever else we need.

The most important pages are probably the Foundation, Tips, and definitely the Plans. Be sure to check those out sometime when you get the chance.

Damn it's been a long time since I bothered updating this. Alright.. so a lot's happened since the last update.. Buncha new fools that decided to join up: Zach, Nick, Bernardo, and JT. And they're improvin pretty quick haha. Good to have new members with us now.

Well only updated the Plans page and fixed up the Members list. But if you're part of the team... Just checkout the format for mine, or B-Boy Muse's page, and fill it out. Then send it to me through wherever (myspace, e-mail, AIM, etc.). The people on that page are going to be the main lineup for our first assembly! Ohh snap

By the way, our first performance will be in January so we gotta prepare like crazy for that ish, every week and hopefully we can meet up durin Thanksgiving Break and Winter Break for some more hardcore sessions. Still have a lot to get done and we might just barely finish this up in time.. Still gotta figure out more choreography, teach you guys the stuff we've already planned out, and find the tracks we'll be performing to.

Oh yeah and if you missed out on goin to NBL last Saturday, it was siiiick. So many crazy b-boys down there. Next time we head out to Seattle to checkout a battle, you all betta be there. I think the next NBL is in mid-December? Ah I dunno I'll keep you updated through our sessions.

I'll update the site every couple weeks from now and try not to get lazy.. Prolly won't happen. Oh well. Peace.

School started up this week and it already sucks. But at least there's still a few good things about it... aka b-boyin, poppin, and tennis. Anyways, moving onto the updates for Royal Flush.

So I updated the Plans page on the site now that we have an official meeting date at school. Don't want to repeat myself so just check it out there. Also decided add up my plan for when we should have the 1st performance by.

Also need some ideas for fund raising. We need to get some money saved up for our uniforms pretty soon (shirts, pants, and shoes). Hopefully by sometime in October, if not sooner. Our car wash plan kinda failed, but if anyone's up for trying this out again then I guess it could work. We need lots of helpers though of course.

But yeah that's all for now. And I'm sure all of you have already seen this, but just in case someone hasn't... Go watch it now fool!

Another small update to the site. Took off the comments option for each update. I figured there really was no point when there's already a Guestbook. Hm... or should I have kept it? Oh well too late for that though. =P

Anyways, Muse added up his info in the Members page so check it out. Still no pictures yet but they'll be comin soon. Oh and I put up the comment box for each member, so if you want to leave them a comment, then feel free to do so.

Remember we're meeting up tomorrow at the KTUB at 8.

Dang, it's almost been a month. I can say we've improved over this last month (I think). No doubt it's been fun though. Too bad the summer's almost over... ugh... You're welcome for remindin you.

Anyways for those of you that couldn't make it to Next-N-Effect 2 down at The Vera Project on Saturday, you really missed out. All these amazing B-Boys were there. Actually... TOO many of them were there.

There was a 1v1 Funkstyle battle, which I should've joined but didn't. I was expecting much more from them. And the one person that was actually good, lost. How sad is that? Stupid judges fault 'cause they know nothin about poppin. Next time I'll go in for sure. I just have to improve some more and I'll be decently confident.

As for the 1v1 B-Boy battles that they had, there were 44 entries so they needed to do a preliminary match-up to get the Top 16. The one thing that disappointed me was that the Korean guy didn't get in. Not bein biased here or anything like that. He was actually better than most of the people that made it in. So sick. Aside from that though, there were some good battles and this Jr. High kid made it to the quarters. His little brother that's like an Elementary student was soo good it was ridiculous.

Other than that, they just had cyphers and that's about it. Was a big boost of motivation for us though. So next time, you all need to come out if you can.

No breaking at the KTUB tonight 'cause it's closed for some ish. So come straight to the marina at 8!
