Pat Jackson says...
Back in early 1979, I did a country music show in Germany as a member of Bonnie Nelson's band. I got to know the Drifting Cowboys and when we returned to Nashville, I set about convincing them that they needed a long haired bass player...it worked! I spent a year on the woad with them and had the additional privilege of playing on a double album of all Hank tunes! Hillous Butrum, Don Helms and Corky Wilson were all very involved in the early years of R.O.P.E. and Hillous also helped me get into the video business. After 31 years at MTSU as the Director of Television, I am now back to playing music and would be very interested in being a part of your organization. Please forward information so that I can do just that! Thank you, Pat Jackson.

I am looking forward to being at this show. I just heard about it recently. I am a traditional country music fan and have been since I was a kid! I love Jeannie Seely, Jean Shepard, Bill Anderson, Mel Tillis, Merle Haggard, Waylon Jennings, Conway Twitty, and numerous others. I can't wait to attend this event and meet these wonderful artists.
