Peace is not easy to find...

When eighteen-year-old Jorey is forced to watch over her Grandmother's house while she is in the hospital, she is anything but pleased. Who wants to spend a week or more in an old person's house?
Having no choice, she goes to the rickety house, and finds herself bored beyond belief. With nothing to do, she explores every inch of building, when, without meaning to, she discovers a secret room in the attic, covered with layers of dust.
And what does she find within it? Letters. Letters of love and hate alike, and all speak of the war that ended badly almost fifty years ago...

She begins finding secrets within them, secrets that go against everything Jorey has ever known, and soon she is forced to question her own life...
