This site is dedicated to my Novel in progress, Returning Natures. The books started out as a small project for Nanowrimo, but has truly grown into a huge project for me. On this site, you will find posted chapters, a character guide, and more! I hope you enjoy my little story.

Characters

The Characters of Returning Natures are split into two different time periods. One being the time at which the world was at war, shape shifters against humans, and the other one being the present. Some may reoccur in the present that were in the past, but will still be posted in the "past" section.

Present

Sent to watch over her Grandmother's house while she is in the hospital, Jorey never suspects what she will discover amongst the midst of a gang and violence filled town. Jorey is willful and naturally curious, and easily blends in with the crowd. Don't let her fowl words and dark clothes hold you back though; beneath the surface is a loving girl with a love for those around her, and a fear of them leaving her. Especially for her Grandma.
If only she had realized where that love would take her.
