Welcome to the International Registry of Animal Rescuers (aka 'The Rescue Registry'). We are a site dedicated to the Rescuer, that unique individual who is willing to do whatever is necessary to preserve an innocent animal's existence. In this site we will strive to offer everyone access to information on the resources available for all Rescuers to complete their missions. These resources include an international listing of similarly minded individuals and organizations, links to specialists in all disciplines of animal rescue, links to resources available to assist Rescuers and their charges, a clearinghouse for anyone who has concerns that need to be publicized, a clearinghouse for assistance requests, a site to praise the works of individuals and groups and a listing of events that concern all Rescuers.
