I finally got my photography store up at CafePress. I have made several products available for sale (only 2 images at this time, more to come though). With each purchase you make, I will donate 10% of my profit to a worthwhile charitable foundation. The available storage on this host is too small to put up decent images.
As of this past Tuesday (07 August) I am headache free! YAY!!! After 2 1/2 months, lots of drugs, and unrelenting pain, I made an unorthodox move and got the nape of my neck pierced. Hey...I was desperate. And, yes, it hurt like Hell (I was told to say that 
). Actually, it didn't hurt all that much, think the worse was the burning sensation as the needle was pulled through and out. By the time Dave had attached the balls to the barbell and cleansed the wound, the intense throbbing at the base of my skull was gone. A few hours later the pain in my temples finally dissipated. The next day I woke up without a headache for the first time in months! Also, my neck, shoulders, and back were sore as the muscles finally started to relax. Didn't realize how much pain I was living with until it was gone.
So, the moral of this story...if you suffer from migraines, consider a nape piercing. Word of advice though, make sure your piercer learned the appropriate site from a well-trained acupuncturist as it's an acupuncture meridian that is being pierced.
