Episode 107 "The Replacements" is Online Now!
|
|
|
|
Reporting Live is a half-hour dark comedy set in a local television newsroom where we see the lives of the people who bring you
the news every night.
The show focuses on the personal and professional lives of the people
working in a fictional news operation in Chicago, Illinois and how a
self-preserving News Director navigates through the tempestuous news of
the day and tries to find his way through the problems he is served by this staff, as
well as the ones he creates for himself.

11/20: Okay, you've been waiting long enough, some new episodes are
coming from my computer and through the magic of the internet will be
available on yours starting this later week!
In Episode 107, "The Replacements" the News Crew is taken off the air
until they get their contracts worked out and test some fresh faces as
the evolution of the news continues on...
In following weeks, there will be a small investigation, a little
spinning, some rap music and a good healthy dose of reality. Stay
Tuned!
11/13: New episodes coming soon. Expect a larger update
when the release date comes closer. Thanks for hanging in there.
10/05: Episode 7 and 8 will be the a two-parter that I will
release together, in a few weeks. After that, two more episodes before
the two-part season finale. I have the entire episodes plotted out and
I am getting anxious to write them ever since I came up with the idea a
few weeks ago. My plan is to have episodes 7, 8 & 9 out by the end
of October, and then for sweeps, episode 10 and the two part finale in
November. I am still considering weather to commit to a Season Two or
not. It depends on whether I can get more people interested in the
series, and if I can come up with a few good stories for the characters
to play out. A big part of my decision is based on what I hear from
you! So please read and review, and you will be much appreciated by me,
and good things will come to you.
9/18: Alright, the final version of Episode 6 is online now! I am
much happier with this version of the episode, then I was with the
first. I am very pleased with the way the show has evolved and am
exited about the path it is taking now. I am very pleased with the type
of feedback I have received, and grateful to the people who have sent
it to me. I am also very happy to announce that I have reached
the half way point in the first season of REPORTING LIVE!! But, by no
means does that mean that I'm taking a break. No, I am going to
continue with Episode 7 until I reach the BIG Season Finale. But until
then, as always, tell your friends how much you love REPORTING LIVE,
and then tell me!! |
