- You agree that you are 18 years of age or older.
- By entering into an agreement with Relate2 you agree that you can not take legal action for whatever reason against Relate2 or any anyone associated with it. You agree that Relate2 accepts no responsibility for any harm or injuries sustained to the client during your use of this service.
- Relate2 will ensure that privacy is maintained at all times and will do the utmost to ensure this. However the client must acknowledge that Relate2 cannot be held responsible for any ‘hackers’ or disruptions to the system.
- Relate2 may recommend various sources of media (books, video) to assist the client with their difficulties. Relate2 accept no responsibility for any damage caused with regard to the views of the media sources.
- Confidentiality is an integral component of Relate2’s relationship with the client however information may be divulged to the appropriate authorities if necessary with regard to acts of criminal intent, suicide, child abuse, domestic violence or abuse of any vulnerable person.
- The client agrees that they have studied this site carefully and understand the working relationship they are entering into prior to payment.
- You agree that either of us may discontinue the working relationship at any time.
- You agree that you are aware that the workers on this site are not accredited professional counsellors nor do they claim to be. Relate2 offers genuine down to earth advice and practical guidance, which may act as a substitute for a counsellling relationship. However if felt necessary you may refer or be referred to professionals services.
- You agree to have considered the alternatives to Relate2 before entering into the agreement.
- You agree that no warranty as to the effectiveness of the service provided by Relate2 is either expressed or implied.
