About me
Hi! My name is Donna and I'm just a gal who was smart enough to know that working for others was never going to allow me the freedom to follow the passion that God has put into my heart. I knew there had to be a better way besides punching a time clock and missing out on raising my family. So, I set out to research several leads on how to begin my own successful home based business. One that would not only allow me to spend plenty of quality time with my family and friends, but one that I could bequeath to whomsoever I will to lessen their load when I pass on. The business I'm in is the answer to my prayers! It is proving to be very successful and is even helping to support my other traditional self-employed business outside of my home (REJOICE! Ministry's Performing Arts Studio (RMPA)...you can check it out at www.REJOICEMinistriesOnline.com).
The travel business is now helping to pay our staff of instructors and purchase many items to support RMPA! So, in essence, REJOICE! Travel (RMT) has become a successful, ongoing fundraiser for RMPA. If I didn't love the performing arts, I would give it up within a year and work the travel business full time. But as it is, I love what I do at RMPA and will continue to use RMT to support it as well as many other pleasures in my life...namely, traveling with family and friends!
| interests | Spending a LOT of quality time with family and friends burdon free of financial pressures.
To name a few hobbies: Motorcyle riding on our Harley, long conversations over just one cup coffee or steamer, leisure time with family and friends, reading, and continually learning new things. |
| favorite music | Many different styles of Christian music, Classical, live Jazz, some oldies from the 60's & 70's. |
| favorite tv shows | I pretty much opt out. Occasional visits to TBN and some old sitcoms of yesteryear late at night. |
| favorite movies | Due to lack of talent and ethics, going to the movie theatre is very, VERY rear for our family. Though I look forward to seeing "Amazing Grace" this spring or summer.
I do enjoy clean comedy movies...they are very hard to come by these days...so we have accumulated our own special stash of over 300 movies over the years. We add on as they become available. In today's movie market of trash and violence,it takes quite a while to establish a nice collection of good movies. |
| favorite games | Not a big game player these days...just hanging out with family and friends doing what we enjoy. |
| favorite books | Waaaay too many to list. Just know that I LOVE to read! |
| school | College Graduate |
| occupation | Entrepreneur ... Twice! :o) |
