Each of us experiences Reiki in our own unique ways. Some people do not feel anything when they give or receive Reiki and that is okay. Just because one doesn’t feel anything does not mean it didn’t work.
Others describe feeling one or more of the following physical sensations: heat or cold coming from their hands, tingling or pulsating in a part of their or someone else’s body while doing sessions, seeing bright colors or shapes or hearing noises. My clients have reported feeling heat coming from my hands and feeling a vibrating sensation at the area being worked on.
