Greetings!  My name is Claudia and I am 61 years old.  I have been blessed with Sharon for 7 months.  She has done wonders for my spirit, body, and mind.  Anyone would benefit from her healing hands.

Currently I am diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, Type 2 diabetes, tachycardia, irregular heartbeat, syncope, central and peripheral nerve pain, a bulging disc in my lumber region, Fibromyalgia, severe muscle spasms and just to put a cherry on top of this sundae, psoriasis.  The left side of my body has been damaged by the MS the most but it is now seeking out fresh nerves to chew on and is migrating to my right side.  I use a walker, a cane, a hoveround and a scooter to get places.  My body is very weak and I have been in pain 24/7 for 19 years.

Sharon's healing grace has helped me in many ways.  She has reduced my pain, relaxed muscles and soothed my burning nerves.  Every time she comes I can feel my body anticipating her ministrations and my heart reaching out for God's comfort that Sharon brings with her.  Her kind, gentle and compassionate spirit makes me feel better as soon as she comes into my home.  God hears her prayers and uses her a His instrument of healing. 

One year ago the pain was really beating me down.  God brought Sharon into my life and gave me strength, hope and the belief that I could rise yet again going beyond my pain - and I have!

Words fail me to express my gratitude for all the healing Sharon has given me.  She has had a major impact on the quality of my life and I thank God for her every day.

After you did Reiki, my mother-in-law felt so much better.  Her feet were aching, she was also depressed and always tired.  Now she’s happy, no pain, and lively.  Also her face appears relaxed and more glowing and radiant.  She feels much, much, better.  I have no words to tell you how impressed and thankful I am to see such a change in her energy and personality level.  Reiki has made her relaxed, happy, and pain free.  All the blockages that she had and sorrows, you have cleared them through your wonderful touch.  And the Reiki you also did on me - my fatigue has gone.  I can walk 3 miles now, before I could only walk 1 mile.  I have more energy also and feel more content.

Reiki gave me my life back.  For 2 ½ years, I struggled with chronic hives.  I had never even heard of such a thing, and there I was, nine doctors and countless prescriptions later, diagnosed with what I could have diagnosed:  I had hives all the time.  Steroids got rid of them, but left me fraught with side effects, and did not offer a long term solution.  Other medications either didn’t work, didn’t work long term, or the side effects left me worrying about everything from dizziness and nausea to potential blindness.  Blood tests, eliminating countless foods from my diet, acupuncture, meditation… nothing worked.  My work was suffering, sleep, marriage, everything was difficult, uncomfortable and at the mercy of how bad the outbreak was that day.  There was little reason to it, and all hypotheses led to no real conclusion. 
 
A chance meeting with Sharon Desany changed it all.  She came to my house, set up her table, and changed my life.  It only took a few minutes for me to relax, and what really amazed me was how the calming effect even seemed to translate to my dogs!  Time seemed to fly and stand still at the same time during the Reiki treatment.  Afterwards, I felt more rested, more awake, and more alive than I had in a long time.  Colors seemed brighter, I felt centered, rested, and hopeful. 
 
The short story is; I was able to quit all medications within the week, and have not had one hive since.  It took 2 ½ years and one hour to get rid of my hives, 2 ½ years of suffering, and one hour of Reiki.  I don’t understand the microbiology of it, and I don’t want or need to.  I know that Reiki gave me back my comfort, my health and my life.  Thanks!!

As a very analytical and scientific person, I was a bit skeptical of Reiki, as I had never really heard of it and it sounded “new age”.  However, as a 38 year old adult about to undergo a tonsillectomy, I was open to anything.  Every doctor/nurse I spoke with, indicated the pain would be substantial and the recovery time lengthy.  I received one Reiki treatment about a week prior to my procedure.  I was completely off pain medication within 2 days and back to work in a week.  Given my doctor’s estimate of a minimum of two weeks before I could resume work and the relatively minor pain I experienced, I absolutely have to attribute my quick recovery to the Reiki treatment.  I have since received Reiki treatments from Sharon on a regular basis, and find my stress levels to be greatly reduced (I was actually having stress related chest pains and a cardiologist confirmed through multiple tests, the pains were not a physical problem). I would recommend Reiki to anyone looking for a complement to their medical treatment.

Ziggy is an umbrella cockatoo that was adopted as an adult.  He had an unexplained fear of water and would run, scream, and cower in the corner if any attempts for a bath were made.  After about four 20-30 minute Reiki sessions, Ziggy’s anxiety decreased and he became more accepting of the water.  He now opens his wings fully for the mist and puts his face directly in the spray for an overall clean.  Thank you Reiki!
