Regina South Pipeline Public Utility Board

We want to inform you why your water bills have not been coming out as usual.  The Board approved a rate increase to become effective March 1, 2009.  In order to be fair to all customers, a meter reading had to be obtained from ALL customers at this time.  Unfortunately, the billing software we use does not allow multiple billings in the month --- all bills must be completed before you move on to the next month.  For that reason, billing has been delayed until all of the readings were obtained.  Also, my full time job has been involved in the 2009 Re-evaluation on Assessments and this has meant limited free time for completing the billing.

February 28, 2009 bills were sent on Tuesday, May 19, 2009 and you should receive your shortly.

REMEMBER - in order for your cash flow to be easier...don't wait for the bill!  You know what your capital payment is and it does not create any problem to pay in advance of the bill being issued.
