Our Many Transitions

Dear friends:

It has been a few months since our last newsletter.  As many of you know, we are transitioning to a modified mission project that will allow us to continue working with Russian and Eastern European mission initiatives. 

Here is a nutshell of our few recent developments:
  • Leonid just came back from a wonderful trip to Russia and Montenegro (a separate report with lots of photos will be sent out in the next few days)
  • We moved to Fort Worth, Texas to be closer to our family (two of Leonid's sisters live here and his parents are hoping to move here as well).  Cost of living in Texas is also lower and that was another big consideration for us. 
  • Our move to Texas was also prompted by the New Year's Eve discovery of yet another baby coming our way (Leanna is due in early September). 
  • We are working with Department of World Mission to modify our project proposal and have it reviewed and approved in the next few months.
We continue asking for your prayers for our ministry and family.  Each of the above-mentioned transitions brings a certain level of stress and anxiety but we have to deal with all of those at once.  Please pray for stability and order, shalom and wholesomeness.  We really need that.
