#01. Any requires of installation assistance, please inform when confirming application, and RM88 will be charge in customer's first bill.

#02. Free modem will be ship to customer, and RM14(WM) / RM25(EM) will be charged for shipping fees.

TERMS AND CONDITION: (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)

1. tmnet streamyx basic package is applicable for personal application only.

2. Minimum subscription period is 12 months for all packages except with modem rental and other promotion packages.
*Not applicable in the MERDEKA BASH Promotion. MERDEKA BASH promotion is bound to 24 months contract.

3. Service is subject to availability and technical testing.

4. Speed of service is on best effort basis.

5. Customer is NOT ALLOWED to change the telephone number (connecting to tmnet streamyx) before installation of service.

6. Customer is responsible for internal wiring, NIC card and networking.

7. Self-installation customer is required to prepare own modem before the 7-day auto account activation.

8. For tmnet streamyx in-a-box & without modem package:

9. Auto account activation is 7-days from the date of registration for self-collection and 10-days for courier.

10. RM88 installation fee is applicable only if installation assistance is required.

11. For account activation, SMS to STXACTV<---space--->Login ID and send to 33535 three (3) days after registration. Each reply message from TM Net will be charged RM0.30 to customer’s mobile phone postpaid account or deducted from their prepaid balance. Telco SMS charges for each message sent is charged separately.

12. The mobile number used must match the mobile number written in the registration form.

13. Customer may use another mobile number if a personal one is not available.

14. Streamyx in-a-box courier service charges are RM14 for Peninsular Malaysia and RM25 for Sabah/Sarawak.

15. 1st bill received will include the following fees:

- RM75 for activation

- RM88 for installation (if applicable),

- RM14 (Penisular Malaysia) / RM25 (Sabah and Sarawak) for Free Modem Courier Fees. (if applicable),

- First and 2nd month advanced subscription fee.

16. For account activated on every 29th, 30th or 31st, the current charges for the month will be pro-rated.

17. If customer terminates tmnet streamyx before the end of the minimum subscription period, the customer must pay subscription fees of the remaining months and return the modem. Pre-mature termination includes relocation of premise.

18. tmnet streamyx bill must be paid before the due date to avoid any service suspension.

19. During suspension period, TM Net will continue to charge for the monthly subscription fee.

20. RM10 reconnection fee will be charged upon service reactivation.

01. TM Phoneline and ASTRO application details are available upon request.
02. None of the miss-call and SMS will be entertain.
03. Applicant is restricted to the terms and condition. Cancellation is not allowed once application has been submitted.
04. For TM phoneline applicant, you will receive a confirmation call from TM. Do not miss this call, or else TM will cancel the application.
05. For Astro applicant, you need to scan/ capture your IC (both side) and email to agent in JPG, BMP or GIF mode. MMS are allowed if you wish to capture it with your handphone.
