UFO's and Aliens. Research of Evidence in Brief by H. Markham.
In 1993 a new and exciting TV series began which probed and explored the ever-growing popular concept of extraterrestrial life, UFO's and the paranormal, it was called The X-Files. It was a series, which became so popular it was aired on TV screens across the globe. It is still going strong today. It opened up the subject to millions of people about the possibility of extraterrestrial communications, intervention, exploration and experimentation by aliens on this world. The tv series encouraged many people to come forward with their own stories of encounters with aliens, ranging from brief sightings of strange lights in the skies, strange craft appearing in the sky which cannot be identified as our own planes etc, strange craft landing and leaving ground evidence, encounters of the first, second and third kind, missing time phenomena, to the more sinister events such as warnings and visits from Men in Black, alien abductions and actual alien interaction via communication through the mind or on a spiritual level. If these people's stories are to be believed then not all of them had happy endings. Some people it seems have endured years of harassment from aliens in the form of abductions and experimentation. If these stories are to be believed, then these people have suffered both physical and psychological damage. Of course this subject is nothing new, there have been avid followers of Ufology for many years, dating back from the early 1940?s, many amateur groups, clubs and societies all over the world have been set up holding yearly meetings and conventions which give rise to debates on the growing phenomena of unidentified flying objects, crop circles, legends and myths which seem to pertain to some ancient alien visitations and intervention, proof of alien encounters of all kinds and on all levels, alien abductions on humans and animals, alien communications with humans of a scientific and spiritual nature, alien experimentation on humans and animals and even discussions on evidence of alien animals being encountered in certain parts of the world, most of these following supposedly crashed alien space craft. The debate on the UFO, alien subject is almost endless because any evidences of such events are usually covered up by the government or are ridiculed by those with closed minds on the subject. Of course many things associated with UFO's and aliens could be completely natural phenomena, UFO's could simply be the testing of our own advanced military technology crafts. It is in my own opinion that you have to look to the past for evidence, a time before our own technological abilities and advancements could cause some of these unusual sightings as crafts as being of our own making. There have been many books published, which suggest that there is evidence of extraterrestrial intervention in the evolution of man and his societies. The best of these in my own opinion for those amongst you who are believers and for those of you wishing to follow up on such evidences, are those penned by Eric Von Daniken and Zecharia Sitchin (a list of reading matter and comments on authors is added at the end of this topic). Von Daniken puts forward his years of personal research and gives ample photographic and documented evidences to back up his theories. If the research of modern books do not convince you of some kind of alien interaction with us, then look at the ancient legends and myths of the world, the evidence of those is almost overwhelming, particularly those of the Mahabharata, the national epic of the Indians (Asians) with more than 80,000 couplets. It must be one of the oldest written books in the world, being established in its first form in circa 1,500 B.C.. The original core of the epics was estimated at being between 7016 or 2604 B.C. This book of legends or epics gives clear accounts of alien help given to man, also what appears to be wars between different alien factions, including the use of advanced alien weaponry and sky vehicles (it also includes specific and precise astronomical constellations connected with the battles). There is also the secret Tibetan Book of Dyzan (originated from the Himalayas), no one knows its real age but it is said that it is older than the world itself! It has been said that it was so strongly magnetised that the priests who held it saw the events described pass in front of their eyes and they could understand the mysterious and sacred symbolic signs through rhythmically transmitted impulses. This sacred esoteric doctrine was kept in secret Tibetan caves and closely guarded as its secret teachings were regarded as dangerous material if it got in the hands of ignorant people. Even parts of our own Bible describe events, which could be attributed to aliens...for example there is the mention of giants or Gods who trod this earth (also in Mayan and Inca legend). Genesis, vi, 4: "There were giants in the earth in those days and also after that, when the sons of God came unto the daughters of men and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown" This may not mean giants in stature but may mean giants in intellect and intelligence. In Numbers, xiii, 33: "And there we saw the giants, the sons of Anak, which come of the giants and we were in our own sight as grasshoppers". And then of course is the much-debated testaments of Ezekiel and his famous wheel, and accounts of the Ark of the Covenant and how it was eventually transported on a floating cart to it's ultimate hiding place. One particular piece written by Ezekiel, gives an account of what appears to be a journey by plane. There is also a biblical account set out in a chapter of Von Daniken's book "Chariot of the God's" which describes in detail how to construct a flying machine or plane. There are many such Biblical texts some of which have been excluded from the "modern" Bible because of their "heretical" content. It is said that the Vatican library holds many old heretical texts. Many ancient paintings of Madonna and Child or the birth of Christ show unusual stars, light or crafts in the background. I do not wish to upset anyone's religious beliefs or presume to suggest our idea of God does not exist, of course he exists but consider that God may have created other worlds, other animals and people within our universe and these people may have advanced technologies enabling them to come here for whatever reason they wish, just in the same way that if we had the technology to travel vast distances of space we would indeed do so, for exploration purposes and exploitation purposes. I think some of these ancient evidences, be they written or carved artefacts, are worthy of thought and consideration as evidences of help from what might be termed a second layer of gods. People not unlike us who have travelled here out of curiosity and have tried to help, guide or even interfere in man?s technological and social developments and even have aided our physical evolution.
One thing to note...if aliens do exist and have or are still visiting us today, whatever they do, animal mutilation, human abduction and painful experimentation and mind intrusion, for the most part, they don't appear to be too malevolent. If they wished to take over our planet, rule us or use us for slaves or any other such sinister thing, wouldn't they have done so at any point in this world's past? Would they wait until we had sufficient military technology, weaponry and crafts of our own to fight back? Or are they more sinister than we think, having a dark agenda of their own...have they given us the technology to destroy ourselves? In which case they would simply have to wait until we destroyed ourselves then have a relatively empty world to move into and maybe they need an atmosphere, which is polluted to their favour? It is my belief that whatever happened in the past, whatever motives they had then, if and I emphasise the word "IF" they are coming here these days then they are merely observing us and using us as research matter, maybe in a similar way we use lab rats, and maybe taking a few of our natural resources, which we apparently haven't missed...nothing too sinister. We tend to think of them as higher thinking beings, perhaps more spiritually developed, but this may not be the case. The advanced technology and mind power of these entities does not necessarily denote being more compassionate or merciful or spiritual. Being an older or more advanced race does not necessarily mean they are wiser or more compassionate or have touched on God. Perhaps they consider us as just being a lower life form worthy of experimentation and research for their own agendas.
In the following paragraphs each subject will be discussed, you, the reader simply have to decide what you personally believe.
UFO's through the ages... A brief history.
There doesn't seem to be any country or age in the world's history that hasn't been witness to strange unidentified flying objects of some kind or another. The most famous alien/UFO incident was the supposedly crashed alien craft at Roswell, New Mexico in 1947. There has been so much said about this event that there cannot be many people who have not heard of this incident. The incident involved a crashed alien craft, which was occupied by extraterrestrial entities. The craft was allegedly retrieved and taken to a military base for inspection and eventual back engineering. The bodies of the ET's were also supposed to have been taken for military investigation and autopsy. Much has been debated about photographic footage of the autopsy and it's authenticity. Personally I believe that an original footage exists somewhere but a second film was produced with the specific intent of it being able to be debunked as a fake. There is one theory that one ET actually survived and was held in a secure place for several years until it eventually died. Much of the evidence of that has been covered up over the following years. The original military explanation was that it was simply a crashed weather balloon, believe that as you wish but there have been much earlier sightings of UFO's, ones which date back to times when they couldn't possibly have been attributed to our own technology. There was a spate of such sightings in the Mid West of America back in the late 1800's. These sightings were reported in the newspapers of those times and were described as saucer, cigar or disk like shapes flying in the skies above towns and open areas of the countryside. Airship style encounters were common in the UFO panics of 1897 in America and 1909 in Europe. Since then, but still in early times before the advent of aircraft technology, there have been many other such sightings in America, Britain (mostly in the Wiltshire area of Stonehenge), Europe and other places around the world.

Date 216 B.C
Sardina, Roman Mediterranean.
Things that looked like flying ships were spotted in the sky over Italy. A knight was making his rounds of the posted guards on the ramparts of a castle, when his stick burst into flames. The same thing happened to Roman soldiers in Sicily who watched as their javelins burned in their hands. At Apri a round shield shaped object was seen in the sky, it seemed to the peoples of that time that the sun was fighting with the moon. At Capua, the sky was on fire and people witnessed figures above them that looked like ships.
Date 1211 A.D.
Cloera, Ireland
During a Sunday mass, witnesses watched as an anchor dropped from an airship type craft, in the sky. This anchor attached itself to the arch above the church door. As the men and women inside the church rushed out in panic, they looked up and saw a sky ship crewed by strange men. They watched in astonishment, as a man seemed to jump off the ship and swim through the air to try and release the anchor. Some of the churchgoers attempted to capture the strange man but the bishop forbade them to do so. The alien cut the rope attached to the anchor and the craft left. According to the report the anchor was preserved in the church.

An unmoving, large orange craft, supported by four bright lights, like stars, were seen. While in Naples, Signor Capocci of the Capodimonte Observatory witnessed a number of shinning disks flying west to east, some star shaped, some with luminous tails.

A luminous disk flew over head and deposited a lump of fetid smelling jelly, which weighed 442 lbs, four feet in diameter.
Ariel cattle rustling... April 1897... Le Roy, Kansas
Farmer Alex Hamilton watched as a huge object glided down in the night and landed on his property 200 yards from his house. He and his son approached to within 150 ft of the strange craft which he described as being cigar shaped, red in colour and as big as an American football field. Beneath the cigar shape was what seemed to be a glass cabin and a rotating wheel. There were six alien occupants inside. Before leaving, the strange craft abducted one of the farmer's cows. The following day the farmer found the remains of the animal...legs, head and skin. The farmer in question was of good reputation being a member of the House of Representatives of the People.
The eighteen hundreds seemed to have an almost overwhelming amount of UFO sightings of all kinds ranging from flying disks, flying stars, cigar shaped objects and triangular shaped crafts... far too many to list here, many of these were witnessed by reputable astronomers from observatories.
There were numerous sightings and encounters with aliens in the 1940's, 50's and 60's, well before we had the advanced technology needed to build such sky or space vehicles of a type with capabilities to travel at extremely fast speeds, with extreme manoeuvrability. The earliest sighting of the last century occurred in 1901 over the Persian Gulf of revolving luminous wheels. In 1909 Caerphilly, Wales, a man walking through the hills encountered a large cylindrical craft parked beside a lonely lane. He saw two strange men inside who appeared to be dressed in fur coats of some kind. As he approached they gabbled at him in a foreign language, then the craft quickly rose into the air and flew away. The craft had no wings and made no noise. It was the first ground encounter of that century.
* Of course one thing cannot be ruled out and that is the possibility that the scientists or genius's of those times may have been able to construct some forms of flying crafts such as hot air balloons or gliders. It must be remembered that Leonardo De Vinci, who lived many hundreds of years ago, drew up plans for all manner of vehicles from submarines to forms of helicopters (or ornithopters as some might call them) and gliders. Other such great thinkers may have been able to build such crafts way ahead of their times and kept their discoveries to themselves for fear of persecution by the church.
In ancient times, UFO's were described by the Romans as "flying shields", by the Chinese as "fiery dragons". The dragons were described as being luminous disks which stuck to particular flight paths. These flight paths were carefully recorded and mapped. No one was allowed to build anything below these flight paths. Frescoes in a fourteenth century Yugoslavian church depict strange alien like men riding in space capsules. Ancient stone carving inscriptions depict not only the sun and moon but also spacecrafts, even some cave drawings appear to show what could be construed as curious looking men in space suites, very similar to those worn by astronauts today. The written and painted testaments of UFO sightings through the ages is quite vast. While many sightings could be attributed as being natural phenomena there are many which do not fit into that category and cannot be explained away as being "Our own technology". One thing I have noticed about UFO sightings, they always seem to match the technology of the times. In the early 40's and 50's the accounts given seem to match the old fashioned idea of spacecraft, small silver saucer shapes with small domes on top. Drawings depicting these early sightings look much like those of old and rather hackneyed illustrations from paper back sci-fi novels. As time progressed, the crafts were described as looking more sophisticated and after the movie Close Encounters of the Third Kind, which portrayed alien crafts as being huge vessels with multiple rings of whirling coloured lights, many UFO account descriptions seemed to fit the same descriptions. Back in medieval times, witnesses accounts were mostly of strange balls of light in the sky, in Biblical days it was wheels within wheels, luminous clouds that spoke with much noise and commotion, in other parts of the world accounts were given of sky chariots. Are we just experiencing hallucinations connected to belief? Are our minds making more out of something that is quite natural or are "they" allowing us to see what they want us to see or are we only seeing what our minds will allow us, that which our minds can conceive of? The mind is a strange thing, years ago a ship laid anchor off a small island, the natives of that island only had canoes and could not conceive of a great ship, because of that fact they could not see it! It was only after the crew of the big ship got into small boats and rowed ashore, later pointing out their ship, could the islanders comprehend what was before them. Even then they described it as a city which rode on the sea. To us, that ship would have been a quite small vessel, insignificant but to those primitive natives, the ship was a fabulous creation. Are out minds today, still playing acceptance games with us?
Classification of UFO's
Glowing Spheres....These are small spheres of light or energy, which are often witnessed over crop circles, or during a UFO sighting. (These could be a natural phenomena, another form of earthly life which, like us is curious about such goings-on).
Nocturnal lights...These form the bulk of UFO reports and are usually nothing more than sightings of strange lights in the sky.
Daylight Disc...Usually refers to any daylight sighting. Disc is applied loosely as it covers a wide range of shapes.
Radar/Visual cases...Cases where an actual visual sighting coincides with radar tracking.
Close Encounters of the First Kind...Any object witnessed at close quarters where there is no evidence to support the account. Interaction between witness and phenomena on a second hand basis. No interaction between UFO and the environment.
Close Encounters of the Second Kind... Any encounter which leaves behind ground or environmental evidence of some kind, or witnesses. E.g. UFO landings. Some apparent interaction, such as interference with car ignition, missing time and burns on the ground.
Close Encounters of the Third Kind... Encounters with any type of alien entity.
Close Encounters of the Fourth Kind...These encounters may involve interaction between witness and alien entities. Abduction claims with lost time and other non-real elements.
Alien Abductions...
A recent American poll pointed to the fact that half of the population believed in the presence of alien beings. In fact 5 million Americans claimed to have been abducted over the past fifty years. About a third of the American public believed they had either been abducted, witnessed UFO activity or had some kind of alien contact or had found evidence of alien activity. The first abduction/contactee case was claimed by George Adamski. He alleged that various types of aliens who gave him rides in their crafts to Mars, Saturn and Venus had visited him. His and other similar claims by others were discredited as fraudulent. This was mainly due to the fact that his descriptions of those planets and their atmospheres do not correspond to actual modern planet photographs and what we now know about those distant places. The second most famous abduction case occurred in September 1961 to Betty and Barney Hill from New Hampshire. U.S.A . The couple were being followed along the highway by a pancake shaped craft which had two rows of windows. The Hills pulled their vehicle off the road and watched as the craft came to within 25 metres of them. It was an enormous circular craft with projected fins and whirling red lights. Scared out of their wits, the Hills drove off but the car began vibrating and a haze seemed to creep over them. When the Hills eventually got home, they found that their watches were two hours out, they had lost two hours of that day. Both were plagued by strange dreams and eventually underwent hypnosis to discover exactly what had happened to them during that lost time. From there, the story becomes even more fascinating, they were taken on board the spacecraft by small grey alien beings. Betty underwent a medical examination where she had tissue samples taken from her. A long needle was driven into her navel for a pregnancy test. She was later shown a map of Zeta Reticuli, she believed that is where the aliens originated. The Hills case sparked great interest and researchers now acknowledged that their abduction case kicked off the whole abduction phenomena. Most alleged alien abduction cases follow a similar pattern. The victims have suffered experimentation at the hands of aliens for years. Most were or are abducted from their own homes during the night while the rest of their family slept on. People have been abducted from their beds while their partners slept on completely unaware of their disappearance. Most of these abduction victims claim to have been paralysed, surrounded in some kind of light and taken up straight through the ceilings and roofs of their homes (apparently able to pass through solid matter), into a nearby hovering alien craft. Once aboard they are stripped, placed on a table and subjected to often painful and frightening invasive surgery and experimentation. These usually took place without anaesthetic by the usual small, long armed, spindly bodied, grey aliens with large bald heads, tiny noses and ears, tiny slit mouths and large, black oval shaped eyes. There are other types of aliens involved, such as the blues, which look like small wrinkled blue trolls and the reptilians and the more normal looking blonde Norse types. These experiments usually take the form of insertion of small chips into the body; these could be mind monitors or location chips and the examination of the body's reproductive system. Often, during these examinations, sperm or ova are taken from the abductees. Some of these victims are spoken to by the aliens using mind links or telepathy and are given knowledge of the future, or are shown glimpses of information about the world. On some occasions victims are given guided tours of the spacecraft, but these acts are fairly uncommon. Other victims may be shown rooms containing what appears to be hybrid human/alien children. Several male abductees claim to have had forced intercourse with alien or hybrid alien females. Some women claim to have been artificially inseminated, returned home and abducted again a few months later and have had their babies taken from them. Most abductee victims suffer physical and mental stress even though memories of their abduction events have been wiped from their minds and replacement memories implanted. Hypnosis usually restores these painful memories, but in doing so helps the victims to account for their anxieties and deal with them.
It must be said that many claimed abduction scenarios may be down to night time astral travel or projection. Sleep paralysis can induce strange dreams which appear very real and can even over lay reality. These dreams may induce feelings of unaccountable panic and thus the mind tries to find a reason for it and brings up from the back of the mind the UFO abduction scenario. Another thing that can induce strong feelings alien abduction is natural astral travel. A person may be sleeping and without consciously trying, reaches a natural state of astral travel, their minds may leave their bodies and float up to the ceiling and even beyond. Giving the sensation that something is drawing them upwards. During this freedom of spirit they may hover above their homes or travel across country or even through space. On some occasions that person might even be able to link with the other side or collective conscious/unconscious and glean bits of information or insight about the world or universe. On return to the body, the mind may temporarily forget the experience, or the experiences may "tickle" the memory now and then or turn up in future dreams, leading the person to feel something happened but not knowing what it was. It may be that some people experiencing this and not knowing what has happened, disbeliever's in spirituality or astral travel, their minds may give them another explanation for it, an explanation which may seem far-fetched but is increasingly more acceptable. If that is the case and most of these alien abduction cases are really people having out of body experiences, then does that mean that more and more people today are having psychic or spiritual events? Is the human race becoming more spiritual without even realising it? The other thing to note here is that tests done under clinical conditions, where electrodes have been attached to the sides of the front part of the brain (temporal lobes) and a current passed through, can induce within that test subjects mind, an alien abduction scenario. Or could it be that the electrical current has actually sparked a spiritual occurrence, which then the mind has covered up with the abduction like experience. I think more tests need to be done regarding spiritual or psychic abilities (the induction of or otherwise). The last IMPORTANT thing to say on this subject relating the experiences to astral travel etc, is the implanted chip phenomena, that is very real, these chips have been surgically removed from abductee claimants and after examination by experts have been found to be of extraterrestrial origin. Implants cannot be a figment of the imagination or of dreams and cannot enter the body through astral travel.
Alien Communication...
This can range from electronic communication, radar etc but I am most concerned here with communication of a different kind...telepathic and spiritual. Many books have been written by people who claim to have been contacted through telepathy by aliens and have been given messages and advice on how to restore the world to its former, healthier self. These messages are of a benevolent nature. There are apparently, numerous different types of aliens, including the greys, the blues, the reptilians, the pleidians, the handsome Nordic types, those who are supposed to look almost like us and other strange beings. At the last count I think there were said to be 11 different races. However most benevolent messages seem to come from the greys, the pleidiains and the ones that look like us. There are those of us who have contacted aliens through spiritual meditation, (akin to remote viewing and astral travel) allowing their minds to scan the universe seeking contact with other minds, alien minds and these people have also been given knowledge, wisdom and information about the world and the functions of the universe and glimpses of alien planets and peoples. Most clairvoyants and mediums believe that all communications from beyond this world are from the otherside, all messages, insights and information's come from the spirits dwelling on the otherside. Mediums will regard stories of communications with aliens as being a mind cover for communications with spirits. Personally speaking, I feel there is more to this universe than we realise. Perhaps some communications are coming from the collectiveness of past and present minds, which are not spirits but a collectiveness of unlost, untapped information about the world. And please remember the Implant Chip phenomena?could they be communication devices?
Alien Animals...
In ancient times, these animals range from dragons, unicorns, Pegasus, Griffins, Phoenix, Centaurs, Minataur, Basilisk, The Roc, giants, Chimera, Manticore, mermaids and Cyclops. Were these the result of alien genetic engineering, were they brought here by aliens, perhaps to use as pack animals, or for food or merely to see how they acted within our environment or are they just fabulous animals made up by story tellers to make a good tale? In the Middle Ages simpler alien animals were encountered but referred to as imps, devils and demons. One could also class fairies, ogres, goblins and gnomes as alien creatures or even extraterrestrials. Many old tales tell of people being abducted by such creatures who were then taken inside strange caves or barrows, or underworlds and subjected to examinations, given strange food. When released these unfortunate folk usually suffered missing time, sometimes to the extent of years, just as if the place they had dwelt within had a different dimension to this world. (Now that is something that doesn't usually happen with spiritual experiences). One modern day Mexican and Brazilian devil called the Goatsucker or Chupacabra could be either just an unusual native animal (there have been thousands of sightings of this creature) or an animal left here by aliens as some folk believe. Whatever the case the Chupacabras is a strange creature. Most of the modern day sightings and encounters with alien-like animals follow accounts of crashed or landings by alien craft. The most famous of these animals was spotted by several witnesses following an alleged UFO crash at Varginha, Brazil. This crash is referred to as the modern day Roswell incident. The creature was actually caught and as it was injured, was taken to a civilian hospital. Later it was transferred under guard to a military base. The strange animal being was described as being a one metre tall biped with blood red eyes and strange oily-brown skin (hairless). It had a large head, bald with three protruding bumps, one at each side of the top of the head and one centrally placed above the forehead. It had spindly legs and arms and unusual hands and feet. It's shoulders also looked strangely shaped and ridged. The fire dept was called out on the morning of 20th January 1996 to investigate the sighting of a mysterious creature in the park of the suburb of Jardin Andere. In a wooded area of the park, the firemen, equipped with nets came across an extraordinary creature (described as above) it had a very small opening for a mouth and made a buzzing noise, similar to a swarm of bees. As the firemen tried to catch the creature, the officer in charge reported the events to the commander of a military base in Lima. Troops were immediately despatched to the park. The firemen eventually managed to catch the creature, which was wounded. It was placed in a wooden box, handed over to the military who transported it to a hospital where it was later transferred again to a military base... It died later that day. An inquest showed that the creature had a black tongue, no sexual organs, three fingers on the hands, no nipples or navel. Later the same day there was a sighting of a second similar injured creature who also was captured. There is one story that the creature had injured an officer, who had been present at the incident on the Saturday morning, the officer died of those injuries two days later. The official cause of death was pneumonia. It was revealed during investigations that a UFO had been tracked on radar entering Brazilian airspace earlier on the morning of the 20th. A farmer and his wife living not far away reported being woken up by the sound of disturbed farm animals. Looking out from their bedroom window, they saw smoke emitting from a grey craft like object as it moved across the sky and disappeared into the night darkness. Evidence of a crash site has been stonewalled by the military, with heavy penalties given as threats to any military personnel discussing the events surrounding these strange goings on.
Modern day sightings of alien animals do not follow the ancient design of fantastic cross man-beasts. The modern alien animals could be alien pets or animals which are intelligent enough to use as servants or workers, much like our chimpanzees.
NASA UFO Photos and Sightings by Astronauts
A number of photos have been taken by NASA. A spectacular, bright object was photographed from the command module of Apollo 12. Before the oxygen tank explosion ended the mission of Apollo 13, the crew shot a number of photos of three foreign objects seen near the moon. After computer enhancement, one photo showed a red cigar shaped object.
In 1966 Buzz Aldrin photographed three glowing orbs from Gemini 12. He took 25 photos. Aldrin said the lights were definitely not connected with Gemini.
Astronaut Owen Garriott, aboard, Skylab 3 (Sept 1973) photographed a glowing nebulous formation. NASA?s comment was that it was an unidentified artificial satellite.
On 15th September 1991 cameras aboard the space shuttle discovery photographed mysterious, glowing objects above Western Australia. Magnified images of these pictures showed an object moving to the left of the shuttle before the screen was lit up by a flash of light. The object changed direction and accelerated away. Seconds after, another mysterious object streaked past the camera into space. NASA?s official explanation was that the objects were ice crystals but that has been proven impossible, as crystals cannot change trajectory in that manner. I believe this was backed up by comments from one of the on board astronauts.
A sequence of photos were taken of the moon?s craters from Apollo 14, these photos also caught a large object with windows as it flew into view.
When the astronauts of Apollo 11 set foot on the moon, it was said they were never alone. Many rumours have circulated about the moon landing and what the astronauts witnessed. Below is an alleged classified conversation between Apollo 11 crew and Mission Control.
Apollo 11: What was it? What the hell was it? That's all I want to know. These babies were huge, sir...oh, God, you wouldn't believe it...
NASA: What... What the hell's going on?
Apollo 11: They're here, under the surface.
NASA: What's there? Mission Control calling Apollo 11.
Apollo 11: Roger, we're here, all three of us. But we've found some visitors?. They've been here for quite a while judging by the installations... I'm telling you there are other spacecraft out there. They're lined up in ranks on the far side of the crater edge...
Evidence for this is rather slim. Otto Binder, a former NASA employee claimed it was overheard by an amateur radio enthusiast. Neil Armstrong said there were no objects found on the moon. The only corroboration to the story comes from a former NASA Chief of Communications and one of the designers of Apollo, Maurice Chatelain. The story sounds dubious but a similar conversation was picked up by a radio ham from Baltimore while monitoring the progress of Discovery in 1990. The Chatelain claim gives rise to good debate. Chatelain is convinced that NASA is participating in a conspiracy of silence. All Apollo and Gemini flights were followed at a distance by space vehicles of extraterrestrial origin. Every time it occurred, the astronauts were ordered into absolute silence. He also claims that UFO encounters were common knowledge of NASA's and has suggested that some UFO's originated from Saturn's moon, Titan. The evidence of this is alleged notes made in the 1970's by NASA concerning a Titan probe which had its photographic and radio controls rendered inoperative by some form of intelligent life.
Animal mutilation.
Cases of mutilated beef carcasses are common in America and are linked with UFO sightings, sightings of strangely silent helicopters and moving lights in the sky. Most of these cases involve mutilation of the animal using some form of advanced surgical equipment, which prevents blood loss and cauterised the skin with great heat, possibly laser scalpels. These mutilations also follow a pattern, the digestive and reproductive systems have either been openly examined or removed. Parts of the head, eyes and ears are missing, some carcasses have been exsanguinated without leaving bloodstains on the ground. One such case in Alamosa, Colorado, 1967, a young colt was found stripped of it's flesh from the neck up with it's brain, spine, heart and lungs removed, all with absolute surgical precision. There were no other ground markings present except for those made by the animal itself. It should be noted that in most cases there is no evidence of the animal struggling and usually there are no other prints left behind, not even in the case of snow lying on the ground. The above case began a spate of similar mutilations in Colorado. But, America is not the only country to suffer from these strange phenomena, it has also happened in Canada, Central and South America, Australia, Britain and other parts of Europe. Most mutilation cases involve farm animals but occasionally pets have been affected and also wild life such as deer and foxes.
Men in Black
These strange men sometimes visit the witnesses of alien encounters. They turn up in mint condition old style black saloons. These men are usually pale of complexion as if used to living underground and wear dark suits and black sunglasses. These strange men often claim to be from a department of intelligence or police, even pose as FBI agents, their job seems to be to dissuade witnesses from giving evidence or speaking about their encounters. Men in Black are less common these days.
UFO Hotspots.
There are several hot spots in Britain, one is in Bonnybridge up in Scotland, the other is the area of Wiltshire, most commonly around Stonehenge, another in the Yorkshire area. We had our own Roswell incident at a military base at Rendlesham in Yorkshire. It is claimed that a UFO crashed or came down in the forest close to the base. Military personnel were sent to investigate and witnessed strange lights in the forest, then a UFO landed. One soldier claimed to have touched the surface of the craft. There are various stories regarding this incident. If you wish to follow up on this incident, several books have been written about it. To give some idea of how many UFO sightings occur in Britain each year:- 1996= 609 1997= 425. 1998= 200. 1999:=345.
Majestic 12
In 1952, the then President of the United states of America, Eisenhower, was allegedly briefed on an operation code named Majestic 12. It was (again allegedly) a briefing paper which listed a 12 man committee amongst who were the Secretary of Defence, the first three Directors of Central Intelligence, an Air Force General, an Army General, the Secretary of the Army and five of the U.S.A.'s most influential scientists and a Harvard University astronomer Dr Donald Menzel. The document gave details of the Roswell incident saucer crash. The final comment of the paper was to "Avoid a public panic at all costs." This confirmed that a cover up had taken place and was I suppose to become policy. Those of you who watch the X-Files will be familiar with the phrases, "Deny everything", "Trust no one" and "Apology is policy" Over the years the authenticity of this paper has come into question. In 1987 for the first time, the MJ-12 papers were published uncensored by writer Tim Good. He claims he was sent photocopies of the papers by an intelligence source. The most spectacular new MJ-12 papers photographed on a roll of film, were posted in 1994 to Don Berliner a Ufologist and scientific writer. The films showed 23 pages of a MJ-12 Special Operations Manual (dated 1954) It was a manual giving instructions on Extraterrestrial Entities and Technologies and Recovery and Retrieval.
Menzel wrote three anti-UFO books and many papers debunking flying saucers. Menzel had a thirty-year association with the national Security Agency. Debunking and misinformation has always has been rife. It seems that if there is anything up there, the powers that be don?t want us to know anything about it.
Back engineering of alien craft...reaped alien technology.
Area 51 was a secret U.S. military base, but it never officially existed, it was not marked on any U.S. maps but it clearly showed up in Arial photographs and anyone venturing close to the base were met by armed soldiers and quickly turned away with threats of violence, prosecution or on the spot military arrest. It has been alleged that the base itself was a storage and experimental station for retrieved crashed UFO's. It has been said that the Roswell Craft was taken there for examination and investigation and that much of our technology today has come from information gleaned from that and other subsequent crashed alien crafts. The Area 51 site has now been closed down, if my memory serves me, I believe the official explanation was that part of the site became contaminated by radioactive material from underground concreted over waste dumps. There are some conspiracy theories as to whether or not the site is actually inoperative. For those of you interested in back engineering, read any articles of books by a former employee of the base, Bob Lazar.
Mars and Moon photos...
It has been alleged that the astronauts of Apollo saw a number of ruined giant structures on the moon's surface. When the crew returned to earth they were forbidden by NASA to speak a word of it to the media or public. Photographs from Viking 1 showed images on the face of Mars, which looked, like a humanoid face. Other pyramid like shapes were also shown up. The latest Mars probe, with its better photographic equipment, also took shots of these structures. These are supposed to show these structures in greater detail and it has been said that the evidence is pretty strong to support the fact that at some point in Mars' history, there were either entities living there or visiting there. If you are interested in this subject there as a website for it at www.metaresearch.org Unfortunately the provider for this site is poor and it is often difficult to access. I have not personally been able to view these photos yet, but those of you with more time for the Internet, you just have to be patient. My own point of view on this subject is that the mind loves to find faces in anything, cracks in walls, mud spattered patterns etc. Our brains are wired to recognise faces in this way. Perhaps these structures are purely natural constructions of the rocks plus tricks of the light, which just resemble carvings of faces and buildings. But that is for you to decide for yourself.
The current Issue (July 2001) of UFO magazine shows photos of Martian seasonal vegetation. These have been described on the radio as being tree like plants which have developed in underground hot spring regions. The hot springs creating small localised pockets of above ground warmer air, which allows the growth of, these so called plants. In the UFO Mag pictures these plants patterns look quiet strange, to me they look more spore like in arrangement.
Nick Pope.
I think Nick pope is worthy of a mention here, he was and still is the man from the ministry (Mod). He had the fascinating and enviable job of UFO investigations in Britain. His job was the British equivalent of Mulder and Scully's department of the X-Files. It has been said though that the British government's attitude to this subject is quite different to that of the United States, in so much as our government does little to deny events. It has been said that The Ministry of Defence's interest in reports of UFO's is limited to the establishment of whether there is any evidence that our airspace has been penetrated by unauthorised or hostile foreign military activity. Unless said UFO's pose a threat, then no attempt is made to identify the exact nature of each significant incident. The attitude seems to be that it is okay for these events to happen just as long as it doesn't pose a danger to us and as of yet it hasn't, or that it doesn't interfere with planes in our air space. Nick Pope has appeared on TV and radio shows and has written many books all with approval from ministry officials.
Crop Circles
This phenomena is nothing new, it was noted in medieval times when they referred to them as Devil's Circles. Of today's crop circles about 90% can be ruled out as elaborate fakes but of the percentage left and held to be real, they have over the years been given careful examination and various explanations have been given of their cause. Some people believed they were associated with aliens and UFO's, either circular markings left by a landed craft or maybe the doodlings of some alien artist, etched in the crops by some kind of light or energy beam. It is true that real crop circles do have strange properties attached to them and some people find that standing amidst one, gives a feeling of spirituality. Other scientific causes have ranged from weather conditions, unusual small wind formations, like mini tornadoes or whirlwinds pushing the crops flat in circular patterns. But, that doesn't explain why the circles contain unusual properties, such as future crops grown in the same place and soil, grow better and stronger. The most recent explanation is that underground magnetic forces draw the crops flat, sucking them down rather than flattening them. The magnetic influences could account for the unusual properties of these natural circles. In my opinion, crop circles, whatever they are and however they are created, are a natural phenomena and are not signs given to us by alien beings. The fact that these crop circles are most common in the Wiltshire area of Stonehenge maybe due to the fact that this area is rife with ley lines and underground water courses and they may be connected with the magnetic fields. The fact that some people have witnessed UFO activity above the areas of natural crop circles may indicate that the aliens are just as curious about these phenomena as we are
Signs of the Gods
Many researches believe that certain ancient relics were machines given to us by the second layer of gods...people from other planets who are more advanced than us and therefore, to ancient man seemed to be god like. Some of these relics have biblical origins. One such machine in question is the Ark of the Covenant. In the Bible it was a receptacle for the transportation and safe keeping of the covenants with God, the stone tablets of Moses. It had strange properties, which protected it from interference by anyone other than the protected high priests. Over the years it claimed the lives of several people who got too close to it. These unfortunates either died from what seemed like bursts of electricity or radiation, others who got too close were stricken with strange illnesses. It is said in certain chronicles that the Ark and the mysterious apparatus inside it, emitted dangerous rays. In Von Daniken's book "Signs of the Gods" he claims that British scientists George Sassoon and Rodney Dale believed the Ark was what was known as the "Ancient of days" They reconstructed this from a description in the book of Zohar* The result was a machine which produced a food rich in protein, the manna of the desert, from green algae subjected to radiation.
- The book of Zohar is the most important of the Cabbalistic works.
In 1938 A Chinese archaeologist Chi Pu Tei discovered a row of graves seemingly hidden in caves In Baian Kara Ula, which is in the Sino Tibetan border. In these graves he found the skeletons of small humanoid beings. They had small bones and a delicate frame which supported large skulls. The walls of the caves were covered in rock drawings, which showed pictures of strange beings wearing round helmets. Also scratched into the rock surface were depictions of the moon, stars and sun, these were connected by groups of small dots. But the most fascinating discovery was that of 716 granite plates which were 2cm thick and looked rather like LP records. Each plate had a hole in the centre with double grooves running to the outer edge incised with an unusual script. For twenty years the riddle of the inscribed plates remained a mystery, then in 1962 Professor Tsum Um Nui of the Academy of Prehistoric Research in Peking began to decipher parts of the script. The story that was deciphered was so incredible and disturbing that at first the Academy for that dept forbade the professor to publish his findings, but he continued. Also, physicists discovered that the plates had a high vibration rhythm, which concluded that they had at some time been exposed to very high voltages. The whole story involves aliens who crashed in that place 12,000 years ago, tried to make friends with the locals of the region but were not successful. They lived in hiding in the caves until they were eventually hunted down and killed by the natives of that area, is preserved in the Peking Academy. This story ties in with legends of that region, which tell of small yellow spindly beings who came down from the clouds and were shunned by the humans because of their ugliness.
Throughout the world, there are many such stories and evidences of such visits by cloud or sky people. Most of the religious and spiritual beliefs of the Northern American Indians stem from legends of visits from Sky people or sky gods. They believed their ancestors came from the stars, gave them wisdom and that some time in the future, would come back.
Conclusion
In my opinion there is strong evidence to support the theory that man was visited by beings from other planets and is still being visited. No one knows for sure why they visited us, helped us or interfered with us, or why they may even have had a hand in our evolutionary process. We still cannot be sure how many races of beings have been here or what their motives were/are, benevolent or malevolent. Perhaps some are good and bad just like us. UFO's are after all what their title suggests, unidentified flying objects, it could be argued that all of these are natural phenomena. In the same way all the relics of history could be put down to our own technology or that of some past and distant civilisations which died out. Alien abductions and animal mutilation could be being done by dubious government departments for their own agenda or as to human alien abduction cases, they could be very real or linked with spiritual experiences or related to psychological problems and unbalanced minds. UFO reports could also be put down to numerous natural explanations such as sightings of planets, meteorite showers (particularly the Persieds), comets, insect swarms, migratory birds (tricks of the light illuminating their feathers to a silver colour), ball lightening, earthlights, swamp gas, light reflections, anomalous weather conditions, unusual cloud formations and finally, hallucinations, mass hysteria and daydreaming. It is up to the individual to look at the information available, ancient and modern, look at all the photographic evidence, sum it up and draw your own conclusions. But, I know what I believe!
