Some of us are interested in hosting an Appleseed and/or getting an instructor to teach a defensive handgun class.

The Winona Sportsmen's club had an Appleseed event, and it was strongly reccomended to me.  It's an intensive 2-day, 3 position rifle training course.

Sign-up sheets for 2009 leagues are ready.  Folks are encouraged to sign up for their leagues early.  Here is a list of shooting events that will take place next spring and summer.  If you have any more ideas for fun leagues or events, please post them in the forum.

The Redwood River Sportsmen's Club is located 8 miles outside Marshall, MN.  If you're a shooter, pay us a visit.  Stop by Sunday afternoons or Tuesday and Wednesday evenings to inquire about leagues, meet the members or just rap off a few.

Driving Directions: From Marshall, head south on HWY 59.  Take the first left (CR 6).  When you get to the first blacktop (CR 9), take a right. Drive 2 miles and watch for our sign on the left.
