| There are no guarantees on any amphibians,chameleons or geckos, this includes live arrival guarantees. All other reptiles have a live arrival guarantee as long as you are there to receive the package on the first delivery attempt. We are NOT liable for any complications or animals deaths due to the shipping companies errors if any. We reserve the right to delay shipping of our animals in cases of extreme heat or cold, our animals will be shipped safely or not at all. But we will always do our best in meeting our customers needs, working with their schedules and ship a.s.a.p. All prices listed on this site are subject to change at any time though once we quote you a price on an animal(shipping not included) we will stick with that price. Also, the prices listed on this site do NOT include shipping charges. All shipping charges vary and depend on your zip code and on whether you want overnight or second day shipping. The sex of any animal is not guaranteed unless otherwise stated. We do not accept orders from anyone in any state under the age of 18 unless they have their parents and or legal guardians purchase the animal/s for them. The blatant disreguard of this notice about minors by any minor will result in any form of legal action we can possibly take with the parents and or guardian/s of said minor. We put this term into place to help protect not only our business but also minors who may try to purchase "Hots"(venomous) and or large reptiles/snakes. When a customer wishes to purchase "Hots"(venomous) proof of age MUST be presented before the transaction will take place. This can be done by copying ones drivers license and then sending the copy via email to Mike@RedneckKritterz.com or RedneckKritterz@aol.com, only then will we continue with possible transaction. The customer is soley responsible for knowing the laws dealing with animals of any kind in their respective state and is expected to abide by them. Any customer who disreguards their state laws on animals/wild life will be held responisble for this and is soley responsible, by purchasing our animals you are releasing Redneck Kritterz and all employees of Redneck Kritterz of any and all responsibilty for the customers own actions in any and all circumstances. All trades considered, but we will NOT ship first on trades unless we have done previous business with the customer and feel the transaction is a "safe" one. We accept ONLY United States Postal Service money orders, cashiers checks, Paypal payments and cash. Before orders are sent out we must receive and or be able to cash the USPS money order and or cashiers check. Paypal payments MUST clear before orders are sent also and cash must be received.
