RED MAN'S DIARIES

Niizh Makwa (Two Bears), was born L. Joseph Belgarde, Jr. on the Turtle Mountain Ojibwe Reservation in 1978.  Writing from youth into present, he has single-handedly opened a new door into the poetry world. So powerful and startling are his works, their effects among his readers can only be explained as captivating.
