Fitness Makes Perfect is about a life-style that we must choose for getting that "amazing" body we have always wanted. There is no diet or drawn-out rules that we "have" to follow. Just some advice to get all of you on the right track! Follow me as I guide you through a tour of my knowledge and experiences regarding the pounds that I lost and the adventures that followed. Always remember to NEVER give up! Don't let one mistake bring you down... It took me about 500 mistakes to finally put me on the right track.
