This website is a collection of links, articles and stories focused on helping people find and keep healthy, loving intimate relationships.  We live in a world that can make this difficult and at times not support and encourage us in this quest.

There are resources for men, women and teens.  A large part of this site is devoted to addiction and recovery because this is where I have seen the most painful of struggles and the most difficult of barriers.  Please take some time and read the links and articles that speak to you and your life.  I believe that you will find it worth your time.
