Nicole Elizabeth Reed was born on January 17, 1988 west of Los Angeles. It was said she was very silly kid, who loved a lot of attention. She is the daughter of Art Director Seth Reed. Her mom worked as a beautician at home. By the age of 12 she started changing she hung out with the wrong group of girls, she'd act pissed off at everyone, her mom, dad, brother, and Miss Catherine. She distanced herself from her family and became closer to her new best friend. She does have a brother and he is one year older then her and she didn't get along with him because she felt older then him they both used to always try and get the attention from there mom. Nicole wanted to fit in with the cool girls and meant waking up in the morning doing hair and makeup for about two hours, just so she could look good at school. Her grades started to slip but she didn't get held back from the 7th grade, Miss Catherine noticed how unhappy and angry she was and took her out of school. She told her she should start thinking about acting. This amused Nikki and Miss Catherine told her she should start writing about anything. Nicole chose to write about her life. (script). Catherine wanted to help, so she had to sit down and Nikki had to confess all the things she had done during her rebellious time. This came to the success of the movie Thirteen. But she didn't stop there she just finished Man of God which will be released the fall of 2005, she's also working on Lords of a Dog town in the location of San Diego County, Los Angeles residence. Catherine Hardwick will be directing the movie. Nicole is very talented, she is one of the youngest celebrity to in history to write a screenplay.
