As you now know my son Anthony DeJuan Boatwright was found head-first and motionless in an unattended bucket of mop water at his state licensed child day care center.

I learned that the state of Georgia along with 41 other states does not require child daycare centers to obtain or carry any form of liability insurance in order to get a state license to open a day care. 

I am in need of signatures for my online petition. Thank you and the Rock Networking Unlimited Inc. Family for joining in to support my efforts to protect children around the country.
