Adults £12.00 Per Year Over 18 Years

Juniors £10.00 Per Year Under 18`s

 

Benefits of Membership

 

Discount Entry Fees £1.00 per Class or £3.00 per already discounted same combination offer.

 

Highest Placed Members Awards in EVERY CLASS upon wearing a green arm band and showing your card in the ring.

 

Junior Members can take their highest placed award to the Show Secretary on show day for an additional prize.

 

Points Card are automatically Issued so for every class at NDHS you can gain points towards end of year awards in Every Class. There will be prizes to 10^th Place in the Junior and Senior Section. The points Card must have your unique  ID membership number on.

 

You will be sent Twice Yearly Show Newsletters – With Show Reports and News.(By Email if Preffered_

 

Valid at Both Shows, Eland Lodge on 9^th August and Solihull on 29^th November 2008.

 

Membership for the year must be paid by before 1^st August 2008.

 

Rules & Regulations In Respect of

 

 

the 2008 Notts Derby Horse Show –

 

 

Membership & Points Competition 2008

 

1. After a completed application form is received a membership pack will be issued complete with a laminated Membership Card.

 

2. The Card will have your own unique number on it, this related to the member who may compete with as many horses or ponies on one membership.

 

3. Cards that are lost or defaced are replaceable at a cost of £3.00 each.

 

4. Competitors accrue points in the following way – 1^st place – 6 pts, 2^nd – 5 pts, 3^rd – 4 pts, 4^th – 3 pts, 5^th – 2 pts, 6^th – 1pt. Champion – 10 pts Reserve Champion – 8 pts 2^nd Reserve – 7pts

 

5. All Classes Qualify, Fun Classes and Games BUT games only 1 set of points will be added as 4 races are run, so your final overall placing will count not individual rosettes.

 

6. Newsletters will be sent out twice a year to all members.

 

7. Competitors compete on equal grounds, so showing competitors and fun class competitors will accrue points at the same rates, hence making the competition fair.

 

8. The competition is open to Members, the member may show as many horses or ponies as they want but it is the MEMBER that accrues points not the pony.

 

9. To gain Discount Membership you MUST state your unique ID Member number on the entry form.

 

10. Cards Must be shown in the ring to gain highest placed members awards, it is advised that green armbands are worn to show you are a member.

 

11. Submissions for points award, for which we hope to have some nice prizes & awards, will close on 20^th January 2009 and be announced not before 1^st Feb 2009, following which Prizes will be dispatched and winners announced.

 

12. The points Card must be fully completed and signed by the judge or show secretary, Random checks will be made against the final show results.

 

13. Junior Members upon reciving a highest placed members rosette can take this along to the show secretary on the day for an additional award ( if demand is high this may be posted to you after the day, when we see how the competiton goes)

 

14. Memberships must be made before 1^st August 2008 to be Valid and will cover Bothe Summer & Winter shows.

 

15. Any Rules/ Regulations or Queries not covered on this form, will be dealt with by the secretary and a decision made. The Decision will be final.

 

16. You are only allowed to submit 15 show placings, you can accrue more but the top 15 points will apply,  In the event of a tie, the competitor with the most 1^st places or champion points will go higher in the rankings.
