RCYM is a project-based, three year program and movement that  aims to spread the values of Responsible Citizenship for the progress of the country and involves the cooperation of the youth.

To be a venue of driven and determined youth organizations to synergize, in order to promulgate  the principles of responsible citizenship to build our nation.

MISSION

To enable member youth organizations to work together to enact joint ventures that reflect  the principles of responsible citizenship

What is ISA?Institute for Solidarity in Asia was launched in December 2000 to galvanize the business sector and civil society in the Philippines towards contributing substantively to alleviating poverty, improving the business climate, and promoting responsible citizenship. ISA is composed of leaders of the business sector and civil society. Its principal conveners are in the private sector, having served as Ministers of Cabinet Secretaries in previous governments. They are: Mr. Cesar Virata (Prime Minister and Minister of Finance in the Marcos Administration); Dr. Jesus Estanislao (Secretary of Finance in the Aquino Administration); and Mr. Roy Navarro (Secretary of Trade and Industry in the Ramos Administration). 

What is APASE?Asia-Pacific Association for Student Exchange is an organization of university students in the Asia-Pacific which aims to bridge the cultural gap between the different countries in the region. Its mission is to have a network of students through student exchange programs, conferences, seminars, and other projects that promote student interaction. It was formally established on September 24, 1999 by students at the University of Asia and the Pacific. APASE is a partner of ISA that plays the role of SECRETARIAT in RCYM. It will not be held liable for projects of participating organizations but will help in marketing projects that promote responsible citizenship and will serve as a mediator between organization to organization, organizations to the business sector.
