Pictured below is the Tejas IOM.  I know you are asking what the heck does Tejas mean? Well it means TEXAS in Spanish (I think the literal translation is friendly place). After several conversations with Graham Bantock  I commissioned the design in September of 2006. Shortly there after I began working on the plug. The boat currently is still in the development stages (Still working on the Plug ) which is what is picture here.

Design Criteria was a good all around boat with an emphasis on easy to sail and tune (This is where the friendly place comes in). Time will tell if Graham has again hit the nail on the head ( which I expect he has as always) .  Interestingly the boat was eyeball compared to the Stealth and was found to be quite similar aft of the First 50mm. Per my Request the boat sports plenty of freeboard forward and quite a bit less flair at the deck .

The Tejas is produced exclusively by RCYACHTS under license from Graham Bantock all boats include a Royalty Sticker issued by Sails Etc. with manufacturers hull number.

 Pictured here is the Tejas plug. The boat will feature split Port/Starbord molds and have the typical Sails etc. deck layout. The transom is of the Ikon style. My intent is to use Sails ect. foils and set it up for a RMG winch.

Actual progress is a bit further than pictured here and in fact very close to completeing the plug . Then on to the mold makeing.
