My spirit name is "Morning Star", and my clan is the bald eagle and the golden eagle. I'm an Ojibway and a traditional teacher. I operate Ravens Creek Ventures that is a nature and culture based Ti-Pi village.
Anishinaabe means: The original people lowered down to mother earth by creator.
Vistors get to experience and understand the environment through traditional knowledge and the culture of the Anishinaabe people. Along with learning a variety of Anishinaabe skills for survival in the outdoors.
Visitors to Ravens Creek will also have an opportunity to take part in sacred ceremonies like the sweat lodge and fasts.
I have been teaching all over Canada and also over seas. One of my main goals is to make a awareness about mother earth and how we can take care off her through the traditional teachings of the Anishinaabe. According to our teachings, she is our mother and without her we will never live.
