9 Babies Were Born At The Rescue On April 3, 2008

DAY 1: Aren't They So Cute!
DAY 2: I believe (from what I can tell at this young age) there are 5 boys & 4 girls. The boys are on the left and the girls are on the right of the picture and this is how I will line them up in the following pictures.
DAY 3: I believe that they are all going to be blue, because they look quite different than the Black or Chocolate babies that I've had at the rescue. Maybe they'll all look like daddy. The all white one in Day 2 has now developed what looks like a mask today with a little spot on her head, very cute. :)
DAY 4: Adorable Babies.(sorry about the late pictures, the website builder was down)
DAY 5: The babies are getting darker and look more and more blue everyday.
DAY 6: Cuties.
DAY 7: They have little hairs now. :)
DAY 8: They are getting so dark.
DAY 9/10: They are getting so big. (there will not be day 9/10 day pictures, because I will not be here. I am leaving the ratties in the care of a friend who will be staying in the house with them.)
DAY 11: I believe they are looking more black than blue now and they have a full set of hair. :) Boys are on the left and Girls are on the right.
DAY 12: Doing girl/boy pictures is easier, because they are so wiggly now. :)
DAY 13: So, all the babies are black, after doing some gentic research I learned that when a beige and blue rat mate they have black babies. Who knew? :)
DAY 14: Two females have 1 eye open. Yes only 1 eye each, but maybe tomorrow everyone will have their eyes open!!!
DAY 15: Look at the little eyes almost all open. :)
DAY 16: All of their eyes are open!
DAY 17/18: There are no pictures for these days, because I had to run out of state for a family emergency. Everything is fine now and the babies were well taken care of for these days. :)
DAY 19: I decided to take videos for today, because every time I take a picture they close their eyes.

DAY 21: I decided to just take a nursing picture, so everyone can see how they pick up mom. :) Those are carrots in the picture, the babies love to try everything and everything these days.
Day 27: Each rattie is pictured with a video, but it may take a while to upload each video, b/c youtube is running really slow today. Who will you take home? KEY: (X)=Reserved
